UPDATE FROM ASONIS LEADERSHIP

Yesterday, the leadership of the Association of Sokoto North Indigene Students (ASONIS) paid a visit to the Deputy Director, Skills and Acquisition, Sokoto State. The purpose of the visit was to strengthen collaboration and seek guidance that will support the growth and progress of our association.

During the meeting, the Deputy Director shared valuable advice drawn from his rich experience in politics and leadership, inspiring us to remain focused on service, unity, and meaningful impact.

As a mark of honour and recognition of his continuous support for youth development, ASONIS officially appointed him as our Patron, and he graciously accepted the role.

We also used the opportunity to request financial support to aid in the successful execution of our upcoming Debate and Quiz Competition, a program aimed at promoting academic excellence and intellectual engagement among students.

The visit was productive, encouraging, and a great step forward for ASONIS.
We remain committed to empowering our members and building a stronger, more vibrant student community.
