PORT HARCOURT CRYSTAL LIVE ON RADIO

Port Harcourt Crystal Lions Club hosted a live Club Marketing and Sensitisation Radio Programme on Garden City Radio 89.9 FM 89.9FM Garden City Radio under the theme, "We Serve: Transforming Communities Through Service."

The discussion introduced listeners to Lions Clubs International, highlighted the work of Port Harcourt Crystal Lions Club, and shared key service projects planned for the 2026–2027 Lionistic Year informed by the global causes. The programme also encouraged community members to join Lions Clubs International and invited individuals, businesses, and organisations to partner with the Club in delivering impactful humanitarian service.

Due to the high level of engagement, the station extended the scheduled 15-minute discussion to 30 minutes a partnership gesture, providing greater visibility for the Club and its mission of service.

The activity successfully promoted Lionism, strengthened public awareness of the Club, and inspired greater interest in community service and membership.

SERVICE IN ACTION | HEALTH AWARENESS & SENSITIZATION

Port Harcourt Crystal Lions Club carried out a Health Awareness & Sensitization Program to students of Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. In a program organized by the National Association of Science Students (NASS), Ignatius Ajuru University of Education.

During the programme, we introduced students to Lions Clubs International. Lions Clubs International Port Harcourt Crystal Lions Club Port Harcourt Crystal Lions Club , District 404A2 Nigeria and the Leo Club Port Harcourt Crystal Leo Club, while delivering an engaging health talk on the theme: "Your Health, Your Responsibility: Stay Informed, Stay Equipped." We also distributed basic hygiene items and officially unveiled our branded exercise books, which were presented to the students.

Together, we are empowering lives, promoting healthy communities, and inspiring the next generation through service.

Our act of selfless service, compassion and teamwork have made a profound impact in the lives of patients, kids and family we have set out to support .

Through our collective efforts we have not only raised awareness but also brought hope, comfort and tangible assistance to those battling with Paediatric Cancer .
