YOU NEED SOMEONE — WHETHER YOU AGREE OR NOT
Everyone needs someone.
If you think otherwise, life itself will teach you… someday.
God said, “It is not good that the man should be alone” (Genesis 2:18).
This truth goes beyond marriage. It is about life, connection, andsurvival.
You may choose to live independently, build high walls, and keep people at a distance—
but a day will come when you will understand the value of “the other person” in your life.
God created His world with relationships in mind.
Again I say: everyone needs someone.
You may live alone, mind your business, and ignore your neighbors
—but one day, reality will speak louder than pride.
That “nobody” around you—the street boy, your driver, your gateman, your cook—may be an unrecognized asset.
In ways you cannot imagine, they may become instruments of your preservation… or otherwise.
The people around you matter.
The one you overlook today could be the one you need tomorrow.
The Bible says, “A man that hath friends must show himself friendly” (Proverbs 18:24).
Life responds to relationship.
There are stories of people who lived alone and died alone… unnoticed for years.
That is not just loneliness—it is disconnection.Don’t be that man.
Know your neighbors.Care about people.Break down the walls of class and pride.
Lift someone.Value someone.
Acknowledge someone.
Because one day, you may be in a place where money, status, and connections cannot reach…
and it is that same “nobody" you ignored that becomes your help.
Put a smile on someone’s face today—
and life will return that smile to you.
Everyone is somebody. Never forget that.
God bless you. 🙏
