Port Harcourt was the preferred destination for investment.and hospitality.

The industries are either moving out or shorting down, the ports are near emty. The bars are tinning out.

Federal roads to economic zones and intra state are in deplorable states.

People are relocating

Number of flights in or out are limited

What's responsible for the decline.
