That's not a motivational speaker's punch line but a Divine Command. He says:"Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith The Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you" - 2Corinthians 6:17👌

God commands His people to be separate from the World🌍, because indeed, *"CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE"* 🚫 👎 It is the reason many are plunged deeper into Dysfunction. Besides, we are in the World🌍, but we are not of the World🌍. So, making the choice to be a committed Spiritual Christian is a matter of must and involve the matter of separation.

Here again is a term that needs to be fully understood because some think of it as isolationism (If it is, then if we do not have contact with the unsaved, that means we will not be able to witness to them and lead them to Christ. As a matter of fact, we are commanded to go into all the World🌍 and preach the Gospel) or legalism (that is why if we take a clear stand against sin, sooner or later someone will accuse us of being legalists: A legalist is one who believes that keeping their set of rules will make them "Spiritual". But developing standards of separation that are based upon Biblical commands and principles is not being a legalist...it is making the choice to be Spiritual indeed). But no matter what you have heard or what some folks believe about"separation", to The Believer (and from God's context), separation means to be set apart:
the Negative sense: set apart from sin. Here is what it means👇
++To "Abstain from all appearance of evil." - 1Thessalonians 5:22; "But put ye on The Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof. " - Romans 13:14👌

the Positive sense: set apart unto God for His service.

Beloved❤️💙, God expects more from His Own. However, Godliness is a choice we make. The Godly wo(man)👠👠👞👞 is distinctly different from the unGodly in thoughts, words, actions, and attitudes - Psalms 1.
For instance, Daniel serves as a great example of a separated believer and one to follow.

Daniel made a conscious choice to be Spiritual in a worldly world🌍He choose to be separated from the influence of the world around him. And as a result of this choice, he was greatly beloved and made A WONDER by God and highly respected by others.

Daniel's personal separation began with a decision in his heart. It was his choice, and it is our choice whether we will be Spiritual - dare to be different or not.

Along with the “don’t” in Romans 12:2, Paul offers a “do.” He says don’t conform to the World🌍; don’t align yourself with the World🌍; don’t mimic its styles and perspectives, and wanton ways. The same Paul also says but do this: be transformed by the renewing of your mind👌

In Greek, the word transformed means to change form or to become something new, just like the scientific process of metamorphosis. That is because it comes from the Greek Word "metamorphousthe", from the root words "meta" and "morpho".

Instead of conforming ourselves to the World🌍, we are to GROW and BECOME more like Christ (be transformed) - just as the frail and unworthy caterpillar changes its stage to the butterfly stage..That is to say we are to become a New Creation in Christ and to renew our minds to pattern ourselves after Christ and our Eternal home in Heaven with God, our Father. Yes❗To be like Jesus Christ, Who at every opportunity, set His Mind and eyes on Heaven and choose for Eternal good, not for temporary feel-good measure, no matter the cost - 2Corinthians 5:17👌🤔

As Citizens of Heaven, our Belief and motto should and must be anchored⚓ on the Truth that *"CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE" 🚫 👎* and that we can't Love the World🌍 and God simultaneously👌I mean, what is the point of loving a World🌍 that clearly does not love you and Me⁉️👌😱🤗🤔😢
In fact, Jesus Christ even says in John 15:18-19, that this is one point to keep in mind🤔

FULFILLING FRIDAY, MAY 15, 2026🗓️

For the Believer and anyone who would rise from Dysfunction and be more in this World🌍, The motto is "CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE 🚫", because even though it promises, it doesn't not guarantee or sustain LIFE. Because of this, Jesus Christ warns saying⚠️: “No one can serve two masters. Either you will hate the one and love the other, or you will be devoted to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve both God and money” - Matthew 6:24. But you may substitute "the World" with "money"💰😜

In Greek, the word “conform” comes from the suschématizó, which means to fashion, pattern, or style after. And Merriam-Webster Dictionary defines it as “to be similar or identical, to be in agreement or harmony with,” and to “act in accordance with”. And that is exactly what we do when we conform to the World🌍

When we conform to the World🌍, we mimic it, we agree with it, we walk in its ways, we align our perspectives with worldly things, such as fallible riches and bodies that eventually wither and die; etc. But the truth is, when we do so, we in effect put the World🌍 above our God in our grand hierarchy of importance - priority. That in itself and in essence, is idolatry😱🤗

God calls us to Love Him with the entirety of our hearts, souls, and minds as His greatest commandment. He also put that first on the Ten Commandments that He gave to His people, Israel, in the wilderness - Matthew 22:37-38; Exodus 20:3.

In his letter to the early Church in Corinth, the Apostle Paul urged us to “flee from idolatry”, for it is the path to destruction - 1Corinthians 10:14. Echoing Jesus’ warning that we cannot serve two masters, Paul elaborates saying, “You cannot drink the cup of The Lord and the cup of demons too; you cannot have a part in both The Lord’s table and the table of demons” - That would not only mean participating in pagan festivals but also putting the World’s morals, people, or desires above or on the same level as God - 1Corinthians 10:21😢🤔😱🤗

Therefore, it means staying as far away from these things or ideals as possible, so we are not tempted to fall into their traps🪤 Remember that our God has already told us He is a jealous God. Loving and conforming to the World🌍, is idolatry and will incite His wrath - Exodus 20:5👌🤔

Have ever found yourself thinking / asking such questions as: 'Why should we not be conformed to this World🌍❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️😁🤔

It’s tempting to get sucked into all the good things this World🌍 seems to offer - from the people we Love to the splendour before our eyes and the knowing that the World🌍 itself is good. But be warned⚠️: The World🌍 is temporary, and those who chase after its finite pleasures, treasures, and promises can too easily fall prey to its illusion and turn from what really matters: God and His Holy Kingdom.

While many of us hold to His teachings, we often get confused about the Apostle Paul’s call for us to reject the World🌍. In his letter to the early Church in Rome, Paul wrote saying✍️: *"Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is — His good, pleasing and perfect Will"*- Romans 12:2.

But what does that statement and plea really mean - why is it sounding like "the world” so bad❓👌

Today, we explore why God calls us to cling to the transformative renewal found only in Him, and why Romans 12:2 is such a powerful verse to tuck close in our broken and longing hearts💔

The World🌍 in the literal sense is a broad term that we can interpret to mean anything from creation to the people and the pleasures found within it BUT the context of Paul’s words, it refers to the things that are not of the Lord — the philosophies and perspectives that run counter to His Word and values of The Kingdom of God. For instance, God’s Kingdom calls us to put God first, to put others before ourselves, and to walk in honour, respect, and obedience to Him and His ways. But the World🌍 calls us to something different. It tells us to play the game of life, where we accumulate as much riches as we can and enjoy as many pleasures of the body and mind as we can. But guess what ❗These are the very things that have caused many to err from the Faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.😱😢🤗👌🤔

While some things in the World🌍 are good — our spouses and children, our Church Communities and its people, the land and the innocent creatures in it, The Scripture tells us repeatedly to turn away from the World🌍, and fix our eyes on Jesus Christ - 1John 2:15; Hebrews 12. That means setting aside not only selfish cravings but even strong family ties to put God above them all.

Anything not of God is of the World. The World is a human-made construct. Loving what is of God that happens to be in the World 🌍 is different from loving the World🌍 itself. That is why Jesus tells us in Matthew 6:33 to “seek first His kingdom and His righteousness” and to desist from worrying about the concerns of the body, from what we will eat or drink to the clothes we will wear. For, He says, if we set our sights on God’s Kingdom, the rest will be provided in turn and they'll be ours to freely enjoy.

Jesus Christ also says we should not even store up for ourselves temporary “treasures on Earth, where moths and vermin destroy, and where thieves break in and steal”, but rather to store up our treasures in Heaven - Matthew 6:19-20👌🤔 But what He is saying is to push aside the cares, passions, and concerns of this Earthly and woefully limited Life and to focus on our Eternal Life in Heaven with The Father.

Beloved❤️💙, the question is: will you⁉️🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ And if you will, then Romans 12:1-2; 2Corinthians 6:17 is the formula. CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE 🚫👌🤔

WINNING WEDNESDAY, MAY 13, 2026🗓️

As Believers in Christ, we are expected to be unspotted/undefiled BUT how do we be or remain in the World 🌍as John 17:15–18 says, YET not be of the World🌍 - for instance, how can we genuinely love the people around us, including those who are of the World🌍, without accepting a Worldly way of thinking❓🤔

If that is your concern too, Paul by the inspiration of The Holy Spirit has given us the answer: He says *"be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is The Will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect"* - Romans 12:2👌

When we abide in Christ, our will becomes conformed to His Will; our desires become shaped by His' - that means what we live for and how we live become shaped by Him. To this, Paul gives an example of what those who are conformed to His image are called to do, saying : *"Let Love be genuine. Abhor what is evil; hold fast to what is good. Love one another with brotherly affection. Outdo one another in showing honor. Do not be slothful in zeal, be fervent in spirit, serve The Lord. Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer. Contribute to the needs of the saints and seek to show hospitality. Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse them"* - Romans 12:9–14. This is how Christians are supposed to live - I mean distinguish themselves in this World🌍

Being conformed to Christ ultimately looks like loving God and loving others with His Agape Love — a Love that genuinely seeks the good of others, and is willing to sacrifice oneself. That is why Ephesians 5:1–2 tells us thus: *"Be imitators of God, as beloved children. And walk in Love, as Christ loved us and gave Himself up for us, a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God."* If we are conformed to Christ, we cannot and will not be conformed to the World🌍- John 15; 13:34–35; Romans 13:8.

Beloved❤️💙, we must understand that *"CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE❗🚫"* and not conforming means rejecting the sinful values, behaviours, lifestyles of the World system that opposes God and
living for the things that matter for Eternity and that actually satisfy.

Why❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️
We are called to be transformed by renewing our minds through God's Word and The Holy Spirit.
Not conforming to the pattern of this World 🌍 And while the transformation is ongoing and imperfect, it assures us of the future restoration that God has promised.

Remember that we became/become the "new creation" spoken about in 2Corinthians 5:17 and Christians when God by His Spirit, replaced our old sinful nature with a heart that desires God's ways and empowered us to engage in progressive and continuous sanctification, which is the gradual transformation by which Believers become more and more like Christ over time. For though we are declared Righteous at the moment of our Salvation, we grow in holiness as The Spirit of God works in us until we reach full sanctification with Christ.

Being in the World🌍 and not of it means living faithfully for God while physically living in this World🌍. We don’t need to run from the World🌍 but to walk by The Spirit and proclaim through our actions that *"CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE❗🚫 "*; that Jesus Christ is worth everything and to love God and all that is good above all else. However, with the expectation that He will make us A WONDER to all as He has promised - 1John 2:15👌🤔

TURNAROUND TUESDAY, MAY 12, 2026🗓️

*DAILY HEALING, HEALTH, AND WHOLENESS SUPPLEMENT💊:*

Paul opened Romans 12 with two heartfelt instructions for the conduct of The Christian Life. He then spends the next several chapters expounding and expanding on these two ideas💡, providing both encouragement and exhortation on how to live our lives in this manner. Paul begins by saying: *"I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your Spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is The Will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect" - Romans 12:1–2👌

Now, what does it mean to not conform to the pattern of this World🌍❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

Not conforming to the World 🌍 means not conforming to the sinful patterns of the World's system. It means keeping off everything that is against God. It means that the sinful World🌍 system is not to inform our way of thinking or behaving or living instead, our minds must be transformed by God's Word, to reflect His ways.It is related to what it means to present our bodies as "a living sacrifice to God." We are not to be conformed to the shifting culture of this World🌍, but be conformed to Christ instead - Romans 8:28–30.

From the Old Testament,
God continually told His people Israel, to separate themselves from the sinful, idolatrous tribes around them..He told them to faithfully follow His laws and not allow pagan practices to entice, corrupt, and mold them. Isaiah 52:11 is referenced in 2Corinthians 6:17 where The Lord says, *“Therefore, come out from among them and be separate, says The Lord; do not touch any unclean thing, and I will welcome you”* (CSB).

That is to say this is not a new commandment👌🤔
In fact, the clause "come out from among them" is from Isaiah 52:11. Paul is taking familiar wording and giving it meaning in a fresh context. And just as the Israelites in exile were to put off any idolatry they may have picked up while living in Egypt, so we like the Corinthian believers are to lay aside the idolatry and sexual immorality that we may be steeped in (as they were), by virtue of living in this World🌍, like they did in Corinth.

2Corinthians 5:17 says: *"if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come."* When we put our Faith in Jesus, we are forgiven of our sins and made new. And as new creations, it behoves us to:
God's Word, so we can know Him better and be better established in THE TRUTH - Psalm 1:1–4; 2Timothy 3:16–17; Hebrews 4:12–13; 5:14.

to the works of The Holy Spirit in our hearts - Philippians 2:12–13.

to abide in Christ and obey Him in everything - John 15:1–11.

#"put off the old” creation but "put on the new". Not walking according to the futile ways of the World l🌍 but living in the ways of “the new self, created after the likeness of God in true righteousness and holiness” instead - Colossians 3:1–17; Ephesians 4:17–32.

time with other believers for encouragement, equipping, accountability, support, and progressive growth💹📈 - Hebrews 10:24–25; Galatians 6:1–10.

In *SOTERIA* for instance, we actively use our Spiritual gifts for the benefit of others - Romans 12:3–8👌

to live ⁴peace with others, having a humble heart that is willing to serve even our enemies as Christ did - Romans 12:18–21; Philippians 2:1–11.

Beloved❤️💙, in today's World🌍, it is more difficult to not conform to the patterns of this World🌍 than we have realized. BUT we must bear THE TRUTH that *"CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE 🚫"* in mind and remember also that The Word has told us how we are to live if we are to keep from being conformed to the sinful world system, especially considering our own sinful tendencies as humans. This, if we engage The Holy Spirit, He will guide us on The Path of Life, where we will live the ABOVE and incorruptible Life in this World🌍 and be made A WONDER to all - James 1:12–18; Romans 7—8😁👌🤔

Guess what❗To the World🌍 our nonconformity is seen as being “judgmental” of them and oftentimes, this is a matter of opinion. For instance, if you decide to homeschool your children, some will assume that you believe that other parents are wrong for sending their children to public schools🤗😁 However, when it comes to matters of sin, there is a sense in which nonconformity is judgmental.

Notice what the men of S***m said to Lot when he refused to conform to their thinking and way: “This man came in as an alien, and already he is acting like a judge” - Genesis 19:9. Also, Noah, through his obedience to God in building the ark, “condemned the world” - Hebrews 11:7. So you are, the world does not like this type of condemnation and thus, would prefer that Christians conform to them rather than condemn their sin through their obedience to God.

But let Me tell you why we are not to conform to the World🌍
First, we must understand that *CONFORMITY IS NO LIFE❗*👌🤔
Yes❗As Christians, we are to be different in every way and distinct. To this, Paul wrote saying✍️, *“And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what the Will of God is, that which is good and acceptable and perfect”*- Romans 12:2. Remember that God has called us to be “a peculiar people” - 1Peter 2:9 (KJV). The New American Standard version translates this phrase as *“a people for God’s Own possession.”* And as “a people for His Own possession,” we are to be “zealous for good deeds” - Titus 2:14. This means we must not conform to “ungodliness and worldly desires” and “every lawless deed” that is typical of and prevalent in the World🌍- Titus 2:12, 14. James rightly warned that those who are friends of the World🌍 are clearly the enemies of God😱🤗🤔 He wrote saying✍️ “You adulteresses, do you not know that friendship with the world is hostility toward God? Therefore whoever wishes to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God” - James 4:4.

Beloved❤️💙, God does not want us as “enemies,” but to be “reconciled” to Him - Romans 5:10. This was the reason why Jesus came to the Earth – to reconcile all men, both Jews and Gentiles, to God ratified by the finished works of THE CROSS, thereby putting to death the enmity that once existed between us and our Father and so that in the end, we all will be with Him in Heaven. SATISFYING SATURDAY, MAY 9, 2026🗓️

Paul wrote saying✍️: "I beseech[a] you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your [b]reasonable service. *And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God."*- Romans 12:1-2, literally pleading as He spoke (write✍️) from His heart 💖 🥺

It is easy to understand why Satan wants us to conform to the World🌍– he is the god of this World 🌍 and that is his domain - Colossians 1:13; John 14:30😢 But why do the people of the World🌍 want us Christians to conform to their ways⁉️ Have even thought of it❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️🤔

They understand that there is strength in numbers. And that is why they want us to join them and do everything to get us😱🤗😳 And just as Paul pleaded, and just like the wise man told his son, The Lord and I are also saying: *“My son, if sinners entice you, do not consent. If they say, ‘Come with us, let us lie in wait for blood, let us ambush the innocent without cause; let us swallow them alive like Sheol, even whole, as those who go down to the pit; we will find all kinds of precious wealth, we will fill our houses with spoil; throw in your lot with us, we shall all have one purse’”* - Proverbs 1:10-14, because the more the people who would join with these wicked individuals, the more help and encouragement they will have in carrying out their wicked plans. God forbid ❗

Our God has taught us and as *SOTERIA*, we now know that there is strength in numbers. This is why it is important for Believers to stick together, and encourage and fight with/for one another daily as we do in SOTERIA. See Ecclesiastes 4:9-12; Hebrews 10:24-25.

But trust Me, if you stand alone, you could be swamped and or overwhelmed, overpowered, and overcome. David had Jonathan and his 23; Esther had Mordecai and her maidens; Daniel had his 3 friends; Ruth had Naomi; etc. This is the secret of the strength, growth, and victories of early Church / Believers. Read the book of Acts👌🤔
