Jesus Christ Himself spoke to the broken macho who was delivered of legions of demons💔 saying: *“Go home to thy friends, and tell them how great things the Lord hath done for thee…”* - Mark 5:19, literally saying 'NOW, YOU HAVE A STORY', for that is where and when his story changed for good.

Prior to the time, the man in Mark 5 had a story - but one that was marked by torment, isolation, bo***ge, pain, shame, and nothingness BUT after encountering Jesus Christ, he had another story to tell. The story was no longer only about what happened to him but also about what Jesus had done for him. That is testimony Jesus asked him to go and tell, to reintroduce himself as "UNSHACKLED" to the World🌎

Beloved❤️💙, if you have encountered Jesus Christ, then your story may still be unfolding. You may not have reached the end, but you have enough evidence to say: “Look what God has done.”. Yes❗You may have scars, but your scars do not disqualify you from telling your story. Instead, they are part of the evidence that your imperfect Life encountered a perfect God, thus transforming your testimony to: 'I am UNSHACKLED because His Love found me; His Mercy touched me; His Grace helped me.'👌💃

I am sure that as that man went at The Lord's instruction, he muttered a prayer under his breath saying: 'Father, help me to honour my story without glorifying my pain. Let my life point people towards Your Grace, Healing and Faithfulness - Amen🙏

Joseph's story reminds us that what was intended for evil can be transformed by God. That means you and I can rise FROM PAIN TO PURPOSE. Now this does not mean the pain was good. Instead it means that God is powerful enough to bring something meaningful from it. Your experience may have developed compassion. SUPER SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 20, 2026🗓️

Today, I hear The Lord saying to someone: "YOU ARE NOT GOING BACK❗", because there are seasons you must leave behind. Not because they were totally meaningless (they may not have been), but because they are finished, ended, and gone with yesterday.

Is that you🫵❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

Many times the Israelites thought and sought to return to Egypt, their place of captivity during their wilderness hardships, because they were still shackled in their minds - they craved familiar food and security over the uncertainty of trusting God. They suddenly forgot the bitter pain of slavery and remembered only the food like pots of meat, bread, and vegetables🍖🥓🥪🍞🍆🧄🧅🥒

The trials and hunger of the wilderness suddenly made the predictable rations of bo***ge look safer. They valued immediate physical comfort more than God's long-term promise of the Promised Land. What would you call these❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️Because to Me, that was a clear display of:
fear of the unknown - despite the fact that it is God Who promised, brought them out, and led them;

gratification syndrome; and

amnesia, which was rather a coping mechanism for them.

Why❓All because they could not endure the training required for the new Life they were called to live - Even though they had been physically liberated, they just couldn't discipline themselves enough to totally step into the UNSHACKLED LIVING. Check out those key Biblical moments in Exodus 16:3; Numbers 11:4–6; 14:2–4 😁😱🤗😁

Beloved❤️💙, indeed, the temptation to return to Egypt is real, but like Ruth, we must understand that returning to Egypt or Moab is returning to the old limiting ways; the comfortable sins and bad habits and as Jesus Christ warned, a worse thing could happen there you know❓😱🤔👌

Old life may feel familiar BUT familiar does not mean better. So, do not (continue to) romanticise the place that God delivered you from. Do not forget the pain simply because the future looks bleak in your mind or feels uncertain.

What are you tempted to return to or where do you desire to be UNSHACKLED❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️You are allowed to miss something and still know that it is not and no longer where you belong. If like SOTERIA you have resolved that you will not return to what God is helping you to overcome, then you will stop right there and now and ask the help of The Father. Through Jesus Christ and The Power of The Holy Spirit, He will strengthen you whenever you feel tempted to return to the old patterns, places, and people. Yes❗He will help you to live UNSHACKLED, and keep moving towards the great future He has prepared for you. Therefore, stop crying, complaining, craving, cursing, and circling around. And no matter the challenge and pressure, keep moving forward by Faith at The Voice of His Word and Spirit. SATISFYING SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 19, 2026🗓️

Hi SOTERIA,

Proverbs 4:23 says: *“Keep thy heart with all diligence…”*. To Me, that means if we must live and enjoy the UNSHACKLED LIFE, the we must maintain necessary but healthy BOUNDARIES.

People may interpret that to mean Bitterness, Malice, etc. but if it is done in Righteousness, then you are saying: 'I never want to be yoked, entangled or shackled again to slavery. For indeed, Believers in Christ must protect their Spiritual freedom and refuse to return to the old, binding habits that The Lord has delivered them from. Galatians 5:1; John 5:1-14👌🤔

I know that some - especially broken wo(men)💔 confuse being loving with having to tolerate everything; explain everything or return to the very places where they where led into and held in captivity, and then wonder why they remain wounded and far from living UNSHACKLED.

Healthy boundaries are necessary to our walking in liberty. So, don't feel guilty about it or take it as a form of punishment. Rather, see it from the prism of God's Words - for then it will take on a liberating meaning. For instance, you will see it as stewardship, because that's what it is👌🤔

Beloved❤️💙, you can forgive someone and still establish a safe distance. You can Love someone genuinely and still say "No" when/where/of it matters. You can pray for someone and still refuse unhealthy access.

Even though He desired to reach, touch, and save everyone, Jesus Christ Himself withdrew from crowds many times, because not every demand requires y(our) "Yes" - especially if they are not in alignment with God's Word/The Truth/God's Will and Purpose for our Destiny. Yes❗Not every relationship deserves unlimited access. Not every environment is healthy for your becoming - you could be SHACKLED / yoked/entangled/trapped again, you know❓🤗😒🤔

God's will for us all is total freedom. So, where do you need healthier boundaries❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️
If you truly want to be UNSHACKLED, then your prayer today and henceforth should be: 'My Lord, thank YOU for your mercy, help, and continued commitment to my liberty. I ask that You teach me to love wisely and protect what You have entrusted to me. Give me the courage to establish healthy boundaries in Righteousness, and live truly liberated/UNSHACKLED - Amen.'

FULFILLING FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 18, 2026🗓️

UNSHACKLED LIVING means breaking free from worldly pressures to fully surrender your mind, body, and Life's choices to God's loving guidance. It means experiencing and walking in true freedom through a completely renewed mind. To this, the Apostle Paul calls all believers in Romans 12:1-2 to move away from rigid, fearful rules and instead live out a transformed Life motivated by genuine gratitude for God's Mercy and saving Grace👌🤔

But why renew your mind to live UNSHACKLED❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

Freedom begins in the spirit, but our transformation must reach and proceed from the mind. If you keep thinking like the wo(man) you used to be, you may continue making choices that belong to your old Life and live according to your former nature. This is what exempted many of the Israelites from obtaining the Promise of Canaan and the reason you and I must challenge and realign our thoughts with God's Words. For example, you cannot continue to think such thoughts as: “I cannot” or “I am not good enough” or “I will always be this way” or “Nothing good happens to me” or “People cannot be trusted” or “I have missed my chance and it's over for me”, etc. Because they are not the glorious things written/spoken concerning you - .Psalm 87:3👌

To reecho this Truth, Paul urged us all in Philippians 4:8; 2Corinthians 10:5, to intentionally replace the lies in our minds with The Truth of God's Words, not just positive thinking alone. That is to say your mind must learn and speak a new language called Biblical Truth and be transformed from the inside out - undergo inner metamorphosis. This is because real Spiritual growth is a deep, inner change - just like a caterpillar turning into a butterfly🦋. Remember that cleaning up your outside actions without changing your heart does not work.God's Power. Therefore, we must open up our minds to God and let Him do the invisible work in your thoughts and secret motives. Remember that He works from the mind out -Psalm 139:23-24; Jeremiah 17:10; Romans 8:27; 1Chronicles 28:9; Revelation 2:23; 1 Samuel 16.

Beloved ❤️💙, when you live UNSHACKLED, you will stop letting the society dictate your worth, your choices, and your habits and start allowing God to change you from the inside out - to completely change how you think from the inside out. So, stop copying the World and as a matter of fact, reject the mold and resist the pressure to conform but choose freedom..Yes❗Do not let the World squeeze you into its selfish, anxious, and sinful patterns..Say 'no' to the constant demands for status, greed, and temporary thrills. Recognize that following worldly rules actually traps one in a cycle of stress, sin, and shame. However, to get started, renew your mind daily by saturating it with The Scripture - Read, Study, Memorize, and Meditate on God's Word every day; Replace lies with The Truth. Spot your old, false beliefs and swap them out for God's Truth that helps you to see Life through His eyes; Guard your inputs. Be careful what you watch, listen to, and think about. Otherwise, you can't walk in God's Good Will.

Secondly, offer your body as a living sacrifice. Give your everyday physical Life - your time, energy, and actions back to God. Unlike old religious rituals that require dead sacrifices, God wants your active, living self dedicated to His Will and Purpose every single day. For when your mind changes, your outward actions will naturally reflect His Goodness to others, and demonstrate that God’s plan is truly good and acceptable.

These are the core principles of Life for an UNSHACKLED LIFE..The gains of this UNSHACKLED LIVING❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

Vision. A fresh mind helps you to see what God actually wants for you.

Living. You will know from experience that God's path is good, pleasing, and perfect.

Peace. Live boldly and lightly, free from the heavy chains of past habits and worldly demands.

UNSHACKLED LIVING happens when the chains ⛓️ break and is precedent to all round liberty that culminate in becoming A WONDER to all. For beyond being a powerful and resonant Truth, it speaks to the reality that true healing, breakthrough, and any other desirable blessings begins when the chains actually break to shift someone from a state of limitation into a Life of complete, all-around liberty. And when you live UNSHACKLED, you no longer operate by the rules of restriction. Your growth, joy, and Life's achievements become so undeniable that you naturally become A WONDER to everyone around you. Do you desire this storyline/ Testimony❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️🤔

John 8:36 says: “If The Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed.” That means there is a moment when the chain breaks. But sometimes freedom can feel so unfamiliar to the point that a prisoner who had lived behind bars for years struggles to live in that liberty when the door opens. Typical of the Israelites of the Exodus, remember❓🤔👌

Freedom requires intentional learning - Like learning to choose right; learning to trust; learning to establish safe and necessary boundaries when/where it matters; learning to say "No" or "Yes" when you should; learning to receive and give Love; learning to believe again; etc. Why❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

The removal of the chain is an event but learning to live free is a journey. That is why we must not become discouraged along the way, just because you still have things to unlearn. Freedom does not mean you will never struggle but it means that in/with Christ, the struggle no longer has the final authority. And His Grace is sufficient for every step of the journey - He even told Paul so during his struggles. Jesus Christ breaks the chains/ power of sin and all its accompaniments. See Romans 7:24; 2Corinthians 12👌🤔

What does living free look like for you practically❓If like Paul and SOTERIA, you will take your struggles to Jesus, He will teach you how to live in the freedom that He has purchased for and freely given to you and us all who believe. He will help you by His Word, and Holy Spirit to develop new patterns that honour both Him and the wo(man) that you are becoming.

Therefore Beloved❤️💙, your commitment to live UNSHACKLED is a declaration of your liberty in Christ and a commitment to learning how to live free. Will you🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️

God has specifically invited us to UNSHACKLED living. And one of the ways that many are chained to the stakes of Dysfunction is the nagging need to be understood.

To be UNSHACKLED and free indeed, we must intentionally and purposefully let go of the need to be understood. Because sometimes freedom requires accepting that not everyone will understand your journey. Yes❗Not everyone will understand why you changed or why you left or why you said "No" or "Yes", when they wanted and expected you to say otherwise or why you established healthy and necessary boundaries or why you choose Healing, Health, and Wholeness or why you stopped encouraging or participating in old patterns, etc.👌🤔

Beloved❤️💙, you do not need universal approval to obey God and walk in His Will and Plan / Purpose. According to My Father, Bishop David Oyedepo, one vote, which is God's, is more than enough and all that you need. There is a huge difference between being accountable and being controlled by people's opinions. You can listen and learn without surrendering your identity. You can receive corrections without becoming insecure. You can love people without allowing them to dictate your future. For instance God's Kingdom, freedom includes the ability to say: 'I know Whom I have believed and with His leading, I know where I am going. Unforgiveness is a shackle and it is by forgiving or offering forgiveness that we are UNSHACKLED and set free - Matthew 6:12-15.

This is why forgiveness matters👇
Bible teaches that forgiving others is a strict command and a core part of receiving God's Own forgiveness and of our Faith.

As Believers, we are instructed to be tenderhearted and forgiving toward one another because God in Christ freely forgave us - Ephesians 4:32; Colossians 3:13.

is an expression of gratitude from a grateful heart. Forgiving others shows you are grateful and thankful for the compassion and Mercy that God has extended and given to you.

onto a grudge hurts your own spirit and blocks your peace but letting go gives you wings for a flight. In fact, The Bible likens letting go to canceling an unpayable financial debt. That means the person wronged chooses to let go of resentment and give up any claim for payback - Matthew 18:23–35.

grace to others keeps your relationship and connection with God open and clear.

But I must also point out here that forgiveness is not pretending the wounds did not happen/hurt🤕😭It is not saying the behaviour was acceptable. It is not necessarily reconciliation. Rather, forgiveness is releasing your right to remain emotionally imprisoned by what happened.

Some people hurt you once but bitterness makes you relive it repeatedly and continually. The person may have moved on but you are the one still carrying the weight and being limited by its chains. That is why forgiveness is sometimes less about releasing them and more about releasing yourself.
You can be UNSHACKLED by just saying something like: "I will not allow what you did to determine what I become.”,. That My Dearest, is freedom.

Beloved❤️💙, THE SOTERIA LIFE is an UNSHACKLED LIFESTYLE / LIVING. And all we do to obtain and walk in this Grace is surrender all to Him.

Who or what do you need to surrender to God❓🙋🏻‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️ If you will, then let your prayer be: 'My Heavenly Father, help Me to release the pain I have carried for so long. Give Me wisdom concerning boundaries and relationships, and freedom from bitterness. And in The Name of Jesus The Christ, I release what I cannot change, and I refuse to let bitterness imprison My future - Amen.

MIND-BLOWING MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 14, 2026🗓️

“The Lord is nigh unto them that are of a broken heart…” - Psalm 34:18. And the reason He draws and stays near is so you may cast all your anxiety, all your worries, and all your cares and concerns, once and for all on Him, because He cares about and for you with deepest affection, and watches over you very carefully.

He knows that many times, it is the very things we carry in silence that shackle and hold us captive - think about Elijah - 1Kings 19😱🤗🤔😒👌

Some wo(men) have even mastered the art of appearing and acting fine. They say: “I'm good” or “I'm okay” or “Nothing is wrong”, etc. but beneath those words, feigned strength, and facades, is a heart crying, yearning, longing for care, help, unshackling, and true and lasting liberty - think about the likes of Naomi, and the Samaritan Woman💔

Beloved❤️💙, if this is you, then take this as your invitation to live unencumbered, UNSHACKLED, and light. All you need to do is look up to and cry out to The One Who sees and cares enough to draw near and stay close - He is Jesus Christ. Remember that there is no prize for suffering silently - staying chained/shackled. Like Hagar experientially realized, He frees indeed - Genesis 16.

Secondly, while you do not have to tell everyone everything or literally put your Life out there, you still need safe places like SOTERIA where you can be honest about your needs and desires.
Healing, Health, and Wholeness begins with, because in reality, it requires both the knowledge of The Truth, and honesty. Sometimes the most Spiritual thing you can do is acknowledge and admit that you need help. God can use community. He can use wise counsel. He can use trusted relationships.He can use qualified professionals. He can use prayers (and fasting). He can use His Word. His resources are unlimited, because His Wisdom is infinite - All because in His plan/ programme, you were never designed to carry every burden alone. But you must first desire to be UNSHACKLED, be willing to ask for, receive, and celebrate His Help when you get it - For He says, "So do not fear, for I Am with you; do not be dismayed, for I Am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with My Righteous Right Hand" - Isaiah 41:10-14. Take a read at John 8:32&36; Psalm 46:1; 121:2; 107:14; Mark 5:19; Proverbs 27:17; Hebrews 13:6 and get ready to become A WONDER to yourself and your World🌎👌🤔👍
