“I WILL SLEEP LATER”.
That was Lizzy’s favourite line. Between work, social media, and late-night scrolling, sleep became something she could always postpone.
Until her body started saying otherwise constant tiredness, headaches, poor concentration, mood changes, and frequent illness.
Sleep isn’t a luxury; it’s part of staying healthy. While we sleep, our bodies recover, our brains recharge, and our immune system gets the support it needs.
When you consistently deprive yourself of sleep, you may increase your risk of health problems and make it harder for your body to function at its best.
So tonight, instead of saying “I will sleep later,” remember: your body needs rest to keep you going.
