Yesterday, the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Blue Ocean beamed with pride as our Charter President completed Part 3 of the Rotary Leadership Institute (RLI). Their recorder practice sessions are in full swing as they prepare for their New Year Fundraising Concert. It’s still a work in progress, but the growth, dedication, and teamwork we’ve seen so far are truly inspiring. 🌟

💙Touching Lives, One Market at a Time💙

The Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Blue Ocean, in partnership with Chysel Global, carried out a heartwarming community empowerment project focused on uplifting hardworking market women. Cash tokens were given to boost their small businesses, branded aprons to support hygiene and branding, and three giant umbrellas were provided to replace torn and dilapidated ones. ☂️💫

The joy and prayers from the beneficiaries were truly moving — one woman, though not present in the market, received a new umbrella because her goodwill and kindness spoke volumes. ❤️ It was a powerful reminder of why service remains at the heart of Rotary.

In attendance were our dedicated leaders — President Rtn Michael Onu, Vice President Rtn Charles Daniel, Secretary Rtn Mezzy Umeh, Charter President Rtn Ijeoma Wabara, and esteemed members Rtn Mahmoud Youssef and Rtn Uche. Together, we continue to live the Rotary spirit of Service Above Self.💫
