Meet Amb. Queen Ikeokwu, PhD, PHF
Amb. Queen Ikeokwu, PhD, PHF, is a distinguished professional, humanitarian, Rotarian, author, public speaker, golfer, and advocate for positive change. She is a passionate believer in service, leadership, personal development, and the transformative power of giving back to society.
With a background in Accounting and a PhD in Accounting from the University of Port Harcourt, Amb. Queen Ikeokwu has consistently combined professional excellence with community service, humanitarian initiatives, and leadership.
She is a member of the Association of National Accountants of Nigeria (ANAN) and has further strengthened her professional development through programmes and certifications, including Harvard University, Google Data Analytics, and strategic leadership training at Lagos Business School.
Her Rotary Journey
As a proud Rotarian of the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Creekview, Amb. Queen Ikeokwu is deeply committed to the Rotary ideal of “Service Above Self.”
She is a Paul Harris Fellow (PHF) and has actively participated in Rotary activities, community development, service projects, advocacy, and humanitarian initiatives.
Currently, Amb. Queen Ikeokwu serves as the President-Elect of the Rotary Club of Port Harcourt Creekview and also serves as the Membership Chair. In these roles, she is committed to strengthening the club, fostering fellowship, attracting and engaging new members, and promoting the values and ideals of Rotary.
Her Rotary journey reflects a passion for bringing people together, identifying community needs, and turning ideas into meaningful service. She has served in leadership and committee capacities, including roles connected to service projects and membership, and continues to contribute her time, skills, and experience to the growth and visibility of Rotary.
She has been involved in projects and initiatives focused on community development, water, sanitation and hygiene, youth engagement, advocacy, and other humanitarian causes.
Beyond the Rotary Pin
Amb. Queen Ikeokwu is the founder of Queens Heritage Care Foundation, an initiative driven by her passion for touching lives and supporting vulnerable members of society.
She is also an author and co-author, with a strong interest in writing, public speaking, elocution, personal development, leadership, and inspiring others to become better versions of themselves.
Her professional and community engagements have also included electoral sensitisation and civic participation, particularly through her involvement in voter registration and PVC collection sensitisation.
A Woman of Many Passions
Beyond her professional and humanitarian commitments, Amb. Queen Ikeokwu is a passionate golfer who has participated in and won several golf competitions.
She enjoys golf, travelling, writing, public speaking, content creation, technology, and building meaningful relationships.
She is particularly passionate about self-development, leadership, service, membership growth, and empowering people to discover their potential.
