In 2018, we had our first business/leadership summit – *Maximizing the Moment*, during which 178 young entrepreneurs were empowered. In 2019, 102 entrepreneurs received trainings on Digital Marketing, Paint Production and Global Entrepreneurship, during which we also offered selected beneficiaries free Business Name Registration with CAC, Media Training and Financial Support. Since 2018 till date, we have trained and empowered over 500 young entrepreneurs according to our current capacity and available resources within our reach.

Before there is fruit, there are roots.

The world celebrates what is visible, but very few people pay attention to the season of preparation. Yet, the quality of your harvest will always be determined by the depth of your roots.

As we step into August, our Founder declared it the Month of Unending Harvest. We believe that harvest doesn't happen by luck. It happens when knowledge meets consistency, when skills meet opportunities, and when preparation meets purpose.

Last week, we gathered for three unforgettable evenings at the YANI Connect Career Development Bootcamp, and we're still reflecting on the lives that were impacted. From career clarity and personal branding to employability, leadership, growth, and business strategy, every session challenged us to think differently and prepare intentionally for the future.

As the curtain falls on the first half of 2026, take a moment to reflect. Some prayers have been answered, some battles have been won, and some doors are just beginning to open. But one thing is certain, we cannot afford to cross into a new season carelessly. Every new month deserves fresh alignment, fresh strength, and fresh grace.

Tonight, we gather once again as a family for our Cross Over Night Prayers. In YANI Connect, we don't only build careers, businesses, and leaders. We also build lives on the foundation of prayer because we understand that lasting results are sustained by God's direction. This is our opportunity to commit the month of July into His hands and receive divine wisdom for the days ahead.

Today, we celebrate one of those rare leaders.

Happy Birthday to our Founder and President, Mr. Godswill Nzerem.

Thank you for believing that young people deserve more than motivation. They deserve opportunities, mentorship, structure, and a community that continually challenges them to become better.

Through YANI Connect, countless lives have been stretched beyond comfort, equipped with knowledge, exposed to possibilities, and inspired to pursue purpose with excellence.
