WE ARE GOING FURTHER!

Here's what you should know about "ASPro."

We are inclined to:

Expose Young Adults to the Creative Industry.
Deliver Hands-on, High-Impact Learning Experiences.
Invest in a Select Group of Passionate Individuals.

Why? Because we believe if this opportunity is utilized at this time of their lives, it'll make a more suitable impact and will enable every participant harness the power of creativity, within them.

30/09/2026

At ASPro (Acquire Skills for Productivity) in August, we had five participants who were hungry and desirous to get into the creative industry.

We are going further. ASPro Go Further, 2nd - 4th October, 2026.

At the 2026 The Hive Spelling Bee Finals, we had an award called the Beecon Award given to someone who has been a light, guide, and a consistent support to the Spelling Bee. We paused to honour one such person - Barr. Cyrus Egbe.

Why Beecon? Because a BEACON lights the way, and that’s exactly what he has been to The Hive Spelling Bee.

For years, Barr. Cyrus has shown up. Not just with words of encouragement, but with consistent, intentional support. He has believed in this vision from the beginning, that young minds deserve a stage, that spelling can shape confidence, and that education is worth investing in.

His continuous support has helped us keep this dream alive and growing bigger every year.

Barr. Cyrus, thank you for being a pillar. Thank you for believing. Thank you for lighting the way for the next generation.

On behalf of every participant, parent, volunteer, and member of The Hive family, we celebrate you.

You are our Beecon, and we are deeply grateful.

This year’s Spelling Bee was nothing short of great.
The energy. The competition. The brilliance.

It was proof that when we invest in young people, they shine.
A huge congratulations to Joy Ochindo from Teelon International School, Onne - OUR CHAMPION!
Your dedication paid off.

We also had a historic moment: the induction of THE HIVE ALL-STARS. A new cohort of young leaders who represent the very best of The Hive.
They are not just participants. They are builders, creators, and leaders.
The All-Stars programme exists to pour more into them - mentorship, projects, platforms.

To everyone who supported, sponsored, and showed up: Thank you.
