Rotary Powerhouse Retreat: Igniting Change in District 9141

On November 16th, 2024, a synergy of Rotary Clubs – Rumuigbo, Ozuoba, Yenagoa Sunshine, and Yenagoa Towers – descended upon Yenagoa for a transformative retreat. This wasn't just a gathering; it was a strategic war room, a creativity hub, and a catalyst for positive change.

Our esteemed District Governor Nominee, Rotarian Anthony Olikagu, ignited the event with a captivating lecture on Rotary's Strategic Priorities. The ensuing Q&A session was a whirlwind of ideas, questions, and insights, leaving no doubt about the collective passion and commitment of the participants.

The real magic happened during the interactive training session. We rolled up our sleeves, delved into hands-on exercises, and brainstormed our way to crafting impactful three-year strategic plans. It was a masterclass in collaborative problem-solving and strategic thinking.

The Rotary Club of Rumuigbo is eager to implement the strategies and insights gained from this retreat. We're committed to turning these ideas into action, making a tangible difference in our community.

As we emerge from this retreat, we're more united, more inspired, and more determined than ever. The future of Rotary in District 9141 is bright, and we're excited to be a part of it.
