JIGAWA SHOCKWAVE: KWANKWASIYYA LEADER’S ENDORSEMENT CONFIRMS ADC AS THE ONLY SERIOUS OPPOSITION PLATFORM

The Non-Indigene ADC Rivers State, under High Chief Amb. Mike Oyiakhire, welcomes the endorsement of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) by Mallam Aminu Ibrahim Ringim, a respected Kwankwasiyya leader in Jigawa State.

Ringim’s decision is not just a political statement. It is a strategic signal from the North that the opposition conversation is shifting from emotion and fragmentation to alignment, structure, and discipline.

His rejection of vote-splitting politics echoes what we have been saying in Rivers State and across the Non-Indigene network:
2027 will not be won by noise, scattered ambition, or arrangements that quietly hand victory back to APC and Tinubu.
It will be won by one serious opposition vehicle with national reach, grassroots strength, and the courage to confront power.

By declaring ADC as the only viable platform, Ringim has confirmed what our mobilization on the ground already shows:
The North and the Non-Indigene communities are looking for a platform that represents inclusion, competence, and a real plan to rescue Nigeria.

We commend Ringim for putting Nigeria above personal calculation. His move strengthens ADC’s position in Jigawa and across the North, and it validates our decision to build with the ADC as the party of inclusion.

The message is clear: Fragmentation helps only those in power. Unity delivers change.

Non-Indigene ADC Rivers State calls on all stakeholders in the North, South-South, and nationwide to follow this example. Let us stop gambling with 2027. Let us build one vehicle, and let that vehicle be the ADC.

8TH MAY 2026

BREAKING: AMAECHI PICKS PRESIDENTIAL NOMINATION FORM – NON-INDIGENE ADC RIVERS STATE DECLARES FULL SUPPORT

The Non-Indigene ADC Rivers State, under the leadership of High Chief Amb. Mike Oyiakhire, welcomes the news that Rt. Hon. Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi has officially picked his presidential nomination form under the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

This is not just a candidacy. It is a call to rescue Nigeria.

WHY THIS MATTERS:
1. Experience: Amaechi has governed Rivers State and served as Minister of Transportation. He knows how government works and how to deliver results.
2. Structure: With ADC’s platform and the Supreme Court victory in Rivers, we now have the structure to take him to A*o Rock.
3. Hope for 2027: For Non-Indigene across Nigeria, this is the first time we have a candidate who recognizes us as stakeholders, not political orphans.

We call on all 1.4 million Non-Indigene voters in Rivers State and millions more across the Niger Delta and Nigeria to rally behind Amaechi.

OUR COMMITMENT:
- Full mobilization of Non-Indigene structure for Amaechi 2027
- Grassroots sensitization in all 23 LGAs starting immediately.

Tinubu Must Go. Nigeria Deserves Better. Amaechi 2027.

EL-RUFAI VS ICPC THE SELECTIVE JUSTICE PROBLEM

Nasir El-Rufai is back in Kaduna High Court today at the instance of ICPC on fresh charges. And it raises the same question Nigerians have been asking since 2023: Why is the law only blind for some and laser-focused for others?

WHAT’S HAPPENING:

1. ICPC Suddenly Active: An agency that was moribund for years is now very visible, but only chasing one man in opposition – El-Rufai.
2. Trillion-Naira Silence: Meanwhile, fellow former governors who EFCC publicly accused of embezzling trillions are walking free today. Some have even picked senatorial forms for 2027 under the ruling party.
3. The Pattern: If you’re in opposition, ICPC and EFCC find files overnight. If you’re in the ruling party, your file gets “lost in the archive.”

WHY THIS MATTERS TO ADC & AMAECHI SUPPORTERS:

This is exactly why Rt. Hon. Chibuike Amaechi’s defection to ADC matters. The APC system doesn’t fight corruption. It weaponizes corruption against political opponents and protects allies.

The rule of law is not about who commits the crime. It’s about who the government decides to punish.

THE REAL MESSAGE:

Power is transient. Today’s prosecutor is tomorrow’s defendant. Today’s accused is tomorrow’s senator.
-Nigeria will be okay only when the law applies equally to everyone, not just to those who refused to bow to the ruling government.

FOR NON-INDIGENE ADC RIVERS:
This is why we chose ADC. We cannot build 2027 on a foundation where justice is selective and institutions are used as political tools.

CONCLUSION:
El-Rufai’s case is not just about El-Rufai. It’s about whether Nigeria will ever have one law for all. Until that happens, no amount of court cases will restore public trust.
