Chief Judge of Rivers State, Justice Chibuzor Simeon Amadi, declines to set up a seven-man panel to investigate the allegations of gross misconduct levelled against Governor Sim Fubara and his deputy, Ngozi Ordu, citing two court orders which barred him from appointing a panel.

Justice Amadi also noted that the Speaker of the Rivers State House of Assembly, Martins Amaewhule, has already filed an appeal against the court orders at the Court of Appeal.
