The Port Harcourt Logistic Owners Association is aware of an incident involving an unidentified, unbranded delivery bike that absconded with a vendor’s/ customer's laptop.

We sympathize with the affected vendor/ customer and PHLOA strongly condemns this act.

We urge and advise all vendors/ customers to verify riders properly and, where possible, use registered delivery companies with identifiable branding and traceable riders.

This helps protect businesses, customers and the logistics industry as a whole.

Please note that there is new development in the industry and also, for business owners who give out bikes on weekly remittance, the return is now ₦40,000, instead of the former ₦15,000 paid by riders.

This update is to ensure fairness, sustainability, and growth for everyone involved 🤝
