You see why you should deliver quality goods and services at all times as a business owner.. The first and only time I bought Cashew nut from this Man at the junction was in June last year and guess what, they were all soft, meaning air had entered it. I was so pained since then I just face my front whenever I pass.

I decided to get one today for the kids and I stylishly told him why I don't patronize him.

But he said sth, "If na like that, business no go dey move na, you for just tell me so I know, no vex"

Review matters!!!!!!

So do not be angry when you get a bad review.
Today's cashew was one of the crunchiest I have ever had.

What to take from here

✅ When you know your goods are not in good term but you still want to sell, it's better you slash off price while letting your buyers know.

I just want to sharpen knowledge in various unique skills and evolve with the current reality.

So you can understand the Joy I contained being amongst those listed for a one week training on The complete office intelligence master class -Excel Analytics & PowerPoint Presentation Mastery.

A 1 (One) week intensive training class.

I thought Excel was a worksheet, cell, row/column and filter.

But No........

I was with my client and we were trying to draft a letter for a job. When I got to the conclusion, I was to insert his name and guess what, I couldn't remember my client's name.

I kept trying to, the more I tried, the more I was far from getting it

It was so funny.
I had to quickly go to our chat, thank God he's NIN was there, cause there's no way I'm coming to ask someone I've been working with for over 3months his name... Naaa

Why would someone pay for a service and you do not deliver?

I am just wondering....

My client referred someone to me. This man has paid in full and for almost 2months he is yet to get his Job.
He has pleaded, he will send a couple of messages and the only response will be... You will hear from us shortly.

He's almost loosing out for the contract he's trying to apply for.

Same work, and I delivered within 5 working days.
Meaning nothing was name. Name was not even reserved.

But why?

I'm just curious to know

My client Opened an account for her child of which she is the signatory.

Maurice recently gained admission just after secondary school. He was to clock 17 in June of the same year he got admission.

His Mom gave him the ATM and set him up on the mobile app for easy transactions. Just a few weeks in school, Maurice is approached by marketers who move around, without consulting his parents he goes ahead to open another bank account not knowing in the same vein, they captured him for BVN.

Maurice graduated from school and his mother finally had the chance to bring him to the bank to do a proper handover as he was already preparing for service.

Maurice was captured for BvN and 24hrs later, it was discovered that Maurice had done BvN because he was ignorant he argued it until The BVN was retrieved and the bank where he did it, only then did he realize.

Now the real issue, his surname on his birth certificate is Chinedu same with what he has on his NIN but whoever captured his BVN used the exact details he gave, Chukwu. We can't say who's fault it is. But now he has to amend.

His Mom is already frustrated for the inconveniences ahead.
Process must be followed to achieve this change.

But what surprises her the more is the fact her son never mentioned having another account all these while.

What process do you think must be followed to change customers surname on BVN?

My client had forwarded his document to who did his CAC. His personal information, NIN, etc.

His name, his first name on NIN was captured as Hanry instead of Henry. Maybe this was pointed out or not, but of cause CAC aligns with what is on NIN, so his Document maintained Hanry.

Now the gist, my client needs an account number for his company
CAC and NIN is the same.
BVN is different.
Just that Hanry instead of Henry which is correct.

Affidavit would have been an option if it was just CAC but NIN is involved.

What advice do you think my client needs knowing all info on NIN is supposed to correspond with BVN.
