The organization’s mission is to empower young people to become global leaders and positive agents of social change by providing the resources, support, and guidance necessary for them to thrive in their current contexts and reach their potential. We achieve our single objective by striving to develop young minds and hearts by creating innovative mentoring relationships and providing leadership training, while promoting peace, respect, and justice. OFI has a variety of programs available for its members, ranging from leadership development workshops, seminars, mentorship programs, and even research projects.
