Dear Senator Moro,
I am writing on behalf of myself and entire staff of my foundation Welfare of the African Vulnerable and Egalitarian Foundation (WAVEF) a nonprofit foundation here in Nigeria, to express our heartfelt commendation for your tireless efforts in sponsoring several relevant and time sensible bills that led to the gradual integration of the retrogressive status of our Nation as a result of lack of visionary politicians with clear political will for the progress and development of our people and nation. Your numerous sponsored and irresistible bills has brought around a great relief and hope to many of our youth as you've so far sponsored over 11 bills which has a direct positive bearing on Nigeria people as a whole, North Central, Benue State and Zone C where you are hail from. Some of the notable and reputable bills you have so far sponsored include the following but not limited to;
- *A Bill for an Act for the alteration of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 (as amended), to make provisions for Local Government autonomy*
- *A Bill for an Act for the establishment of Families of Fallen Servicemen Support Fund*
- *The Nigerian Maritime Administration And Safety Agency (NIMASA) Act 2007 (Amendment Bill, 2021)*
- *A Bill for an Act to establish the Federal University of Health Sciences, Akwete-Akpa, Otukpo, Benue State*
- *A Bill for an Act to establish the Veteran Welfare Fund (Est.) Bill 2020*
- *Bill for establishment of North Central Development Commission (NCDC) which has just received President assent.
- *A Bill for an Act to establishment of Federal College of Agriculture in Opialu-Ojapo, in Okpokwu have also received the presidential assent.
- *Constitution Amendment Bill, 2022, for an Act to alter the provision of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, to provide for INDEPENDENT CANDIDACY*
- *A Bill for an act to alter the provision of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999, to provide for FINANCIAL and ADMINISTRATIVE AUTONOMY for Local Government System in Nigeria*
- *Electoral Act Amendment Bill, 2019 etc.
The establishment of the North Central Development Commission (NCDC) and Federal College of Agriculture in Opialu-Ojapo, in Okpokwu which is the recent of all is a mind-blowing which necessitate my moved to write this commendation letter bear in mind the great advantages this will invariably bring to us as a people. Your dedication to the development of the North Central region is truly inspiring, and your successful advocacy for the commission's creation is a testament to your leadership and perseverance amidst many baseless criticism.
The NCDC's mandated to address the regional developmental challenges, including flood and erosion control, infrastructure development, poverty alleviation, and security improvement will undoubtedly have a profound impact on the lives of millions of Nigerians especially those of us who are privileged to have you representing us. Your vision and commitment to this project will be remembered for generations to come.
Your efforts have not only brought hope to the people of the North Central region but have also demonstrated your ability to work collaboratively with your colleagues across party lines to achieve a common goal. This is a shining example of the kind of leadership and statesmanship that Nigeria needs at this critical time, we are willing and much ready to contribute our quota to the development of our land and people in whatever way duty may call us.
Once again, I congratulate you on this remarkable achievement. Your selfless service to the nation is a beacon of hope, and I have no doubt that your contributions to the development of Nigeria will continue to inspire and motivates other politicians to emulate your visionary pathways
