The Silent Voice That Roared

Today, I will tell you about Chinyere, the woman who found her voice when the world tried to silence her, Grandma Ebele said, adjusting her wrapper.

Chinyere was one of the smartest girl in her village, but her father believed women had no need for schooling.

"Girls belong in the kitchen," he always said, refusing to let her continue her education.

One day, when a government official visited, Chinyere boldly stepped forward. "Sir, I want to learn, but I am not allowed. Why must my brothers go to school while I stay home?"

The official was shocked. He spoke with her father, and soon after, a new law was passed where every girl in the village was given the right to attend school.

Grandma Ebele smiled. "Chinyere didn't just change her own life, she changed the lives of many.
My dear ones, never be afraid to speak your truth, for one voice can change the world."

Weaving Dreams into Reality ; The Unstoppable Journey of Ijeoma E. Osuji

Grandma Ebele rocked in her wooden chair, the soft glow of the lantern flickering across her wrinkled face. "Children, let me tell you about Ijeoma E Osuji as she always calls herself.
The Lady ❤️ who wove baskets with her dreams stitched inside them.

Ijeoma E Osuji is a married Lady ❤️ in a small village.
She had no land to farm, husband not supporting her dreams, and no family to lean on.

But she had her hands strong, nimble, determined and ever ready to write ✍️.

With them, she wrote stories, scripts, books telling real live stories and happenings in women's lives day and night, not even getting pennies from them at the beginning yet she continued.

She created a Facebook group LADIES HELPING LADIES September 2019 and with only her writing, the group is now 63k members plus and her views now 298.500k in the past month but not yet earning from it
Some people are mocking her, saying, "These are ordinary writings! They will never make you rich or make you run the foundation in the way you want it."

But Ijeoma E Osuji smiled and kept writing and posting though sometimes, she grows weary and slow down but never stopped.

Years has passed, and her writings found their way into wealthy homes and hearts.

This day she envisioned, a foreigner, brother 💕 and sister 💕 in another land who spotted her work and approached her with collaboration and videos are being made of most of her write ups and many life stories other women have approached her with.

With this recent happenings, Ijeoma E Osuji is set to open the first women's writing academy where writings will be taking to a higher level by publishing books for those who have something to tell their world 🌎, helping them put the right ones in school curriculums, making great deals out of writing and lifting many out of poverty and perpetual sorrows.

"You see, children," Grandma Ebele said, her voice soft but firm, "when the world laughs at your small beginnings, write and weave on your basket.
Success follows those who refuse to stop working.
