ASH foundation celebrates international volunteers Day by giving out cash prizes to five volunteers with track records in volunteering services. The winners of the cash prizes are (Names of the volunteers). Each of the five volunteers received sum of #20,000. The purpose of cash prize is to acknowledge their contributions to their respective societies and to encourage them to do more.

In commemoration of International Volunteer Day 2025, April Smiles Humanitarian Foundation (ASH Foundation) is giving out a sum of #20,000 each to five people who have once volunteered or presently volunteering in humanitarian activities, irrespective of their affiliated NGO.

The theme says “Every Contribution Matters”, a global reminder that every act of volunteering, no matter the size, strengthens communities and helps create meaningful change.

Ash Foundation presented awards of excellence to outstanding graduating students at at the Olivet Baptist High School, Oyo on the 3rd of August, 2025.

The awards were presented to the best graduating students in science, commercial and art class including a non-academic award given to the most well behaved student.

The presentation of awards which come along with cash prizes is in line with our objective of promoting academic excellence among the students of secondary schools in Nigeria

April Smiles Humanitarian Foundation x Mr. LilGaga Children's Day Celebration 2025

We had an incredible time celebrating Children's Day on May 27, 2025, at Koso Village, Oyo.The villagers warmly welcomed us, and we had a wonderful time with the kids. It was more than just a Children’s party, we included adult in our various fun activities to create a memory.

Highlights of the Event:

Art Session: 20 participants, including adults and kids, enjoyed painting together. It was wonderful to see elderly men and women trying painting for the first time.
Donations: We distributed school bags with writing materials like books and pens to the kids. .
Fun Games: Scrabble, chess, spelling and pronunciation competitions, football competition, dancing competitions, and delicious food and drinks.

We appreciate our supporters, donors, and dedicated volunteers for making this event a success. Special thanks to Mr. LilGaga for the wonderful partnership. Thanks for doing this with us. Congratulations to the entire team at April Smiles Humanitarian Foundation for hosting an unforgettable Children's Day celebration.
