Dear Warriors,
Eggs are a powerful, affordable source of protein, vitamins, and minerals that help support strength, immunity, and red blood cell production.

⚠️ For your safety, avoid raw eggs. They can cause infections that are dangerous for warriors.
✅ Always eat boiled eggs and avoid mixing eggs with fruits or juice.

One boiled egg daily can make a healthy difference.
