_17.7._
*MATTERS ARISING*
According to the *National Youth Council Constitution 2018 as amended*, we are supposed to have our meeting within the local government but because of how to carry ourselves along, the executives are to have their meetings zonally because the online meeting alone is never enough. We need it more of physical. With this, it will not be only those who are using their money from far distance.
The executives are the main problem here because if we all the executives are functioning well, we will able to pull the body. The executives are to have at least one meeting in a month before the general meeting will come up.
*Com. Seyi* added, it is very much possible that we can get something tangible from people in our jurisdiction, on our low hanging fruits, we have a lots to get. Mentioning some of the areas we and places
1. *NURT*
2. *ROAD*
3. *ACCOMORAN*
4. *AMORA*
5. *ROMO*
6. *IYA-LOJA,* etc
The coordinator then added, we should try to get to know some of these people that are around us, especially those at the top level. He added, "individual of the executive should come up with what they think we can do in black and white when next we meet at the physical meeting before the end of the month".

_17.8._
*REPORT ON YOUTH SUMMIT*
In the absence of the program officer, *Com. Hamza Mustapha*, the *Assistant General Secretary, Com. E.I. Promise* who is the secretary of the committee gave the reports of the youth summit.
After much deliberations on it, the whole house did corrections and has it approved officially that the date fix or which was submitted stands.
The *VC, Com. Smart* then urge the committees not to wait for anybody, we should just work together for the progress of this program.
It will be a thing of shame, if we can not do it again as fixed since last year when we kept on postponing the Youth Summit.
He bothress more on the executives that failed to send their apologies before 24hrs, referring back again to about two meetings in 2025, that all those executives will lead by good examples and pay their fines, the sum of #5,000 each. It is because we have failed to execute or put it on sanctioning and as a discipline for others to learn from. Every time they kept on appealing, they have made it normal thing to do as they like, when they are taking this office, this not what they pledge and their manifesto, this has to stop!
1. Com. Oyeledun Sulaimon, Deputy coordinator
2. Com. Lawrence Elijah, General Secretary.
3. Com. Ekundayo Peter, Treasurer.
4. Com. Showemimo Rofiat, Welfare.
5. Com. Funke, Auditor.
6. Com. Kemisola, Social Secretary.

*Com. Sanni Quadri* "The need for NYCN OOLG to have its handwriting within the LGA Secretariat by erecting concrete chairs under the trees and brand it with NYCN OOLG for people to be sitting", everyone was happy with the saying, we can only achieve this if only we begin to do our job as job.

_17.10._
The *VC, Com Smart* gave his good will message and appreciate everyone that was present despite all that happened and the delay.

_17.11._
We are seven in number for the attendance.

*MATTERS ARISING*
The deputy coordinator reacted by speaking on visiting the organizations in other to bring unity, more love and progress. Even though this might not be in line with the *NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL OF NIGERIA'S CONSTITUTION (NYCN)*, this is because we want more from our Youths and our Organizations. He also speak of punctuality and prompt information especially to the executives.
*VC. Com. Toyo Joseph (Smart)* spoke on an act which affects many of the executives. It was said that any of the executives that failed to put on their uniforms respectively will pay a fine. The blame and the fault bounced on the secretaries for failing to drop the minute of the meeting in the platforms for the benefit of those who are not in the meeting, he reacted angrily that, it was because of that many of the executives gave excuses for not being in the previous meeting, had it been the minute was dropped, they wouldn't have said that.
For failing to do that on the part, they will pay the fines for each of the executives who gave excuses.

*WARD EXECUTIVES*
*VC. Com. Smart*, spoke on it and said, that had it been the Coordinator is around, he would have explained it better because the assignment had been given to all the Coordinators since last year.
The aim of the ward exco was to create an avenue so we can reach out to others especially to larger local governments. I have dropped a letter to the office of the Ofada Ward but there were no follow up. I already told the Coordinator what he can do but up till now, none!
It was not a compulsory thing that all the offices are to be presented but as few as we can, so as to at least carry our youth along.
Majority of this ward excos is to spread across what *NATIONAL YOUTH COUNCIL (NYCN)* is all about, by so doing, we can doing we can have access to many youths out across the local governments.
