•MISSION:
Human development has been envisaged as the only catalyst that can within a short time trigger positive societal changes and development. We the Board of Directors of MYDF having taken cognizance of this, resol
ved to create a platform to develop our teaming young people as professionals in different fields of human endeavor with special attention to entrepreneurship in other to foster socio-economic development of our communities. To orientate/re-orientate the youths on the need for them to embrace entrepreneurship as major means of earning a living. To consciously groom and nurture the youths into innovative entrepreneurs, who will thereby develop the commitment to contribute towards the growth of Nigerian economy in the nearest future.
• MISSION STATEMENT:
MYDF has been identified as a great brand with required human capacity to drive Sustainable Human Development plan that requires a huge support base, to enable her impact positively to more lives.
• Over the years, MYDF has successfully impacted many youths and women in several of her Skilled Training Programs, Youth summits/Intellectual development, Community Town Hall meeting, Health Education, Market/Church/Community sensitization on issues of national discus{Health}, Seminars & Workshops, Schools visitation etc during which good number of passionate members of the public Participated.
• VISION:
To study various problems/challenges confronting MBAIKE Youths and find possible means of alleviating same. To develop a data base of MBAIKE Youths with their academic qualification, skills acquired, areas of interest for Professional/Skill Training etc. To collectively source for Donors, Partners, Executive sponsors/financiers to empower trained youths as a way to engage youths meaningfully thereby building our economy.
