🌟 From Viral Talent to Real Impact! 🌟
The Ike Odoeme Foundation had the joy of visiting the amazing students of Matar Amabalis Secondary School, Umuoji, Anambra State—yes, the same talented group whose soul-stirring rendition of “Eze Abata” by Chinyere Udoma recently went viral!

We were deeply inspired by their creativity and unity. As a gesture of support and encouragement, the Foundations donated ₦2,000,000 to empower both the students and the school. 🎓🎶

But we didn’t stop there...

💖 We also educated, empowered, and equipped!

During our visit, we held a vital session on 𝐨𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐲𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐞, teaching the girls
:✅ How to manage their periods safely
✅ How to maintain proper hygiene
✅ How to overcome stigma and embrace their bodies with pride

To support their learning, we provided free sanitary pads to the students and donated extra supplies to the school to ensure continuous access. 🙌

Because no girl should ever miss school or feel ashamed simply because of her period.

We’re proud to play a role in their journey and can’t wait to see what the future holds for these rising stars! 💫

💔 Let’s Be Real — Periods Are Expensive. But For Too Many Girls, They’re Also a Barrier.

At the Ike Odoeme Foundation, what we witnessed today was raw, real, and heartbreaking.

Young girls bravely shared their stories — some used rags… some tissue paper… others had nothing at all to manage their periods. Why? Because their families simply can’t afford sanitary pads.

Imagine the shame.
The stress.
The silent suffering.
Missed school days. Lost confidence. The fear of being seen, stained, or laughed at.

But today, hope came.
For many of these girls, it was their first time ever holding — and using — a sanitary pad.

In 2025, the Ike Odoeme Foundation is donating 4,000 sanitary pads to girls in underserved communities. Because no girl should feel shame for something so natural. And no girl should be left behind because of her period.

📢 This is more than a donation — it’s a movement. A step toward menstrual equity, dignity, and a future where girls don’t have to choose between their health and their education.

At the Ike Odoeme Foundation, we stand with millions of girls and women who face barriers to safe, dignified menstrual hygiene. For us, menstrual health is not a luxury — it's a right.

Through our outreach, education, and hygiene supply programs, we are working to eliminate the stigma and empower young girls in underserved communities to manage their periods with confidence, knowledge, and dignity.
