It is widely acknowledged that Key Populations (KPs) face significant risks of human rights violations in Nigeria, largely due to the prevailing social, cultural, and legal context.

Their safety and security are often not guaranteed, leading to instances of molestation, extortion, killing and deprivation of their fundamental rights. It is therefore imperative that we have held orientation and sensitation forum where our members receive comprehensive training on Gender-Based Violence (GBV), human rights, and MODALITIES to escape from UNFRIENDLY situation.

Against this backdrop, we are conducting the second batch of this forum to enable us discuss, and restrtegize in order for us reach to wider audiences and mitigate some factors enabling the constant molestation , and adoption/ blackmail of our community members .

World AIDS Day , observed globally on 1st December raises awareness about HIV/AIDS , support people living with or affected by the disease . MHSI-NG as an organization that provides services for our community members demonstrated extraordinary dedication and resilience in making sure our life-saving services continues .

>> Action pictures captured , as we celebrate progress and also remain clear-eyed about disruptions that challenge our gains . Shift in global financing , evolving geopolitical realities and health systems .

>> To end AIDS, we must:
prioritize access to HIV prevention, testing and treatment for everyone .
Adopt a primary health care approach and build STRONGER COMMUNITY - BASED SERVICES
Adopt innovative strategies to ensure antiretrovirals reach the hard-to -reach communities

Cross- section of Healthcare providers in the State and Regions took part in HIV integration sessions covering standard package of care , adherence ,HIV testing ,ART management, Viral load collection and CD4 Monitoring, AHD,EMR and reporting tools .

This serves as an integral part in the Facility HIV integration model , so as to enhance greater coverage and effectiveness of service provision for our patients.
