This documentation provides the full necessary information about The Young Entrepreneurs Network (TYEN). A community of young persons (students inclusive) determined to develop their entrepreneurial skills and experiences and to establish a life-changing avenue where money wouldn't be a challenge for business development and idea creation.

The network is led by a group of dedicated young individuals who have gathered practical skills and experiences in various areas of life; particularly in academics and business. This team consists of both graduates and undergraduates all around the world. These skills and experiences have enabled the network to build a good foundation and put in place an amazing system that will support students’ academics, and expose them to platforms that will help them gain practical experiences of the application of their various course of study and also gain practical entrepreneurial experience around their course of study.

The Young Entrepreneurs Network provides training, mentorship and collaborative platforms for its members. It also offers a pool of online and offline resource tools for its members. Our training is strategically tailored to fit the career and ambitions of our members. These training cuts across new relevant software for various application in science, technology, and management. We have built a robust network of skilled personnel some of which are also graduates from different Universities within and outside the country running a successful business in line with their course of study. Our Network is projected to grow to over 1,000,000 loyal members in the next one year while maintaining our aim of progressively empowering our members with skills, experience, professional business network and financial aids.

Our Vision: Our Vision is to build a community of young and highly enterprising youths with a membership base of over One million people in less than 3years in each country around the world.

Mission Statement: Our mission is to freely empower every young youth around the globe, within our reach with relevant skills, information, experience, and tools to enable him/her excel in any chosen career or business. And also to help empower talented youths through our platform with financial aids for business development and idea creation.

2.0 Problem Statement: It is no news that the funding made available by the government for education is not enough to help school administration put in place enough practical activities that can help the students get updated practical skills and experience in the real-life application of their course of study. This has contributed a lot to the issue of many graduates not being able to start something on their own. They graduate and solely depend on white collar jobs, which may practically not be available for all graduates in the country. Sometimes the few ones who want to go out of their way to get these skills and experiences do not have the money or platforms to get these things. Most of these young persons do not understand what it means to build a strategic network of people. Hence, they end up creating a wrong circle of people who do not have any form of positive influence on the success of their career or business. Sometimes these young persons have great ideas that are very much workable and achievable but cannot be achieved all by themselves. But they lack a freely driven platform that can provide them with a community of like minds with diverse potentials, and readily available resources to help achieve any project.

3.0 Proposed Solution: The Young Entrepreneurs Network has developed a tested and working system that will solve the above problems. Our system is an innovative upgrade of some other value driven platforms which some of our team members have gained lots of experience from and discovered other vital things missing in those systems. These missing things have mean added to our platform. Thus we guarantee that our proposed solution will achieve over 70% success.

All we need from schools is an approved centre for training and strategic group meet-ups for brainstorming sessions. The method implored in our system is tailored to sooth each registered member's course of study and choice of ambition/career without affecting their academics. We have adopted a simple but effective schedule, and our trainers are very qualified individuals with powerful skill set and experience in latest relevant technologies. Our collaborative community activities are such that presents every registered member the opportunity to achieve any project without any form of monetary limitation.

1. Methodology: Students will register for free on our website at theyoungentrepreneursnetwork.org; and will have access to some premium free skills to learn both online and offline with constant follow-ups. But will pay a token as a lifetime membership fee, if such a student wishes to be upgraded to a pro user of TYEN. During registration, we will gather information about their course of study, acquired skills (soft and hard), choice of career, ambitions, and vision. These will help us create a unique package for each of our registered member. With this information, we will make available varieties of skill acquisition programs, internship, apprenticeship and other field experiences tailored to soothe his/her course of study, choice of career, ambitions, and vision. Registered members will then be given schedules to attend online and offline training, brainstorming sessions, practical projects and group meet-ups. They will also be given a schedule to engage in an internship, apprenticeship, and other field experiences. This schedule will be prepared such that it does not affect their academic activities. The Offline activities will take place at the training centre provided by the school management until we can have a centre of our own.

Registered members will be put into various groups once every six months and are provided with all necessary tools and resources to carry out a major project which could be turned into an enterprise. The project could be an invention or a creative innovation. This will help members build stamina and capacity over the years to be able to develop their enterprise empire after school. This exercise will cause an amazing outbreak of inventions and exciting innovations from our universities. Registered members also stand the chances of gaining scholarship (Both within the country and outside the country); Monetary empowerment to start up the skill either individually or in groups after graduation and many other benefits.

NOTE:

TYEN is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO), and thus, everything we do on the platform is totally for free and strictly for service to humanity. The onetime/lifetime membership fee members pay is to help add up for payment of facilitators and for other maintenance that may likely occur in other to serve you always. The aim is not to make money from you, instead to help you become successful in your chosen life career.

TYEN gets her major funding from philanthropists and Sponsors of the organization all over the world and by little crowdfunding of interested members. And also from the lifetime token, each member paid to become a pro user of TYEN.

2. Qualifications: Our team of trainers and Network Mentors is made up of graduates from top leading Universities around the world. Our mentors are award-winning individuals from various spheres of life running successful businesses and careers. All our trainers are professionally certified with years of experience and excellent track records for exceptional results and efficiency. The following are just a few of the skills which our team of certified tutors would be taken: Software engineering, Web development, AutoCAD/ArchiCAD, Mat Lab, System Automation, Embedded System, Software development, Computer Engineering, Auto Mobile Repairs and Maintenance, My SQL, Sage, Peachtree, Adobe After Effect, SPSS, Graphic Designs, Solidworks, Inventor, Microsoft Excel, Solar installation and inverter designs, Digital Marketing, Content Marketing ( Blogging, Freelancing, Vblogging, Email marketing, Social Media for business ), and many more

3. Schedule: Registration is free for all members. After registration, the registered member will select his preferred choice of course, to learn from our lists of complimentary skills. The member will be scheduled to attend online/offline training or group meet up twice or thrice every week. Registered members may wish to upgrade to our pro membership plan (TYEN PRO) which includes a onetime and lifetime payment of little token to take part in our extra sponsorship programs. Members will embark on first group project according to their areas of specialization after first 3months of completion of their course. The project is to last for another three months.

4.0 Legal Matters: We are properly registered with the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Cooperate Affairs commission as a Non-Governmental Organization. With this, we can carry out programs in any part of the country as an organization or in partnership with any government institution. We do not award any form of certificate for now. We can only partner with government approved training centres or institution to run certificate training. However, we do not intend to centre our activities on certifications of any form. We are primarily exploring compensational learning and community.
