It's been a wonderful work and walk with the Lord in 2025.. In His faithfulness He led us through life challenges and brought us out of every danger.Showed us mercy more than we deserved and held our hands in His righteousness. Thank you Lord for more than we can count. Here we are , resting in your loving arms this 2026. Seared with Christ in heavenly realms FAR ABOVE ; just as you have positioned us ABOVE ONLY.

***Another Wonderful Day The Lord Has Made,We will rejoice and be glad in it in JESUS name.
👉Give thanks to the Lord ,for he is good,for His mercies endureth forever.
👉let the living in the house praise the lord for all He has done for us that our mouth can not tell it all.
*Heb:4;16"Let us therefore come boldly unto the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need".
👉Plead for mercy upon your life and family members.
👉Declare ,'I and my family members are mounted on the wings of grace,we will fly higher then eagle,we will not be weary.
👉We receive timely help in times of need in Jesus.
*Joel:2;25--26
25"And I will restore to you, the years that the locust hath eaten ,the cankerworm and the caterpillar and the palmerworm.."
26*And you shall eat in plenty,and be satisfied and praise the name of the Lord your God that has dealt wondrously with you and my people shall never be ashamed".
👉Receive restoration of all that the enemy has taken away from you and your family (the Joy of your salvation,your finance,health,useful relationship,academic,marriage etc)
👉Restoration of your salvation,relationship with God and the Holy Spirit.

👉Thank God for the benefits of this day.
👉Declare JESUS,Lord of today and forever. He is Lord over your life and family.
*2 chro:7;14"If my people which are called by my name shall humble themselves and pray and seek my face,and turn from their wicked ways,then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their Sin and will heal their land".
👉Let us confess our wicked ways to God and repent of all the sins we committed knowingly or unknowingly.
👉Let us confess the iniquities of our ancestors and repent on their behalf.
👉Ask God to heal your family , your life and the nation.

Health is your most valuable possession. You need health to be able to achieve your life goals and even to enjoy your riches.
You are relevant when you are in health. So we need to take personal responsibility for our health. The health of a woman is particularly important because many things and members of the family depend on her. A lot of things revolve around the woman so if she breaks down, it creates a rippling effect.
The woman is multi-tasked, a lot of chores and task will be left undone should she break down for too long.

Below are some lifestyle Health skills that can be adopted.

1). Eating for health. We should not eat for taste or because we enjoy a particular type of food but we should carefully select our food and menu to represent healthy diet. Turn your food into medicine. I began to take tea made from Lemon grass, Guava and Pawpaw leaves because I found out that it inhibits or fights malaria. It is even better though bitter, when you add Aloe-vera gel to it. Take natural fruits not he so called fruit juice.
If you must drink anything outside water, let it be zobo instead of minerals.

2). Fast: Fasting is a recommended health habit. People are now encouraged to fast even if they cannot pray. Funny, isn’t it?
This is because of the elaborate benefits of fasting captured in scientific research. Fasting delays aging because toxins are released out of the body.
When you fast your system especially the digestive system rests and rejuvenates.
Excess fat is burnt and the body flushes out dead and unwanted materials. Fasting also raises the sensitivity of the nerves and helps the body to align with the Spirit. So FAST!

3). Exercise: 30 to 40 minutes of exercise such as walking out or prayer walk can help the body a great deal. During exercise, the body secrets the happiness hormone which gives the individual a good feeling. Exercise helps the body to get a general warm-up.

4). Restorative sleep: This means sleeping well and sleeping enough.
You don’t go to sleep with worry and issues on your mind. Good and quality sleep restores strength, consolidates memory (helps you remember things) and builds emotional stability.
Time in bed should not be for WhatsApp, Facebook and Youtube.
