This afternoon in my area, One guy walked into a Gadgets shop and was asking the salesperson prices.

When another customer walked in, the salesperson attention was diverted. This guy backed the CCTV and swapped iPhone 15 in the drawer with XR he came with .

He hurriedly wanted to leave, the manager observed him from the cctv came out and blocked him at the door, held him but the thief struggled with him and broke the phone. When the thief was caught, he was asked why, he said he needed to prove to his girlfriend that he loves her by upgrading her XR to 15.

Area boys showed him sweet love with beating. He was now made to pay 2million for the phone- his mother and siblings came and bailed him

What an intentional man trying to show love to his babe. I hope she’s proud of him for at least trying !! It’s the efforts that counts too

Newly-formed terror!st group, Lakurawa k!lls 15 residents in Kebbi

At least 15 people were k!lled in a fierce clash between residents of the Mera community and members of a new terrorist group, Lakurawa, in Kebbi State.

Military authorities have confirmed the emergence of the Lakurawa group, which reportedly has links to ISIS operating in the Sahel. The attack occurred on Friday in Mera village, located in the Augie local government area of Kebbi State, as the terrorists attempted to raid the community to rustle livestock.

Community members resisted the assault, and a violent confrontation ensued.

“A herder ran to the community and raised the alarm. Local residents responded and engaged the terrorists in a fight, which led to the de@ths of 15 people, with many others injured,” a local source said.

The locals reportedly succeeded in k!lling some terrorists and injuring others, although survivors among the attackers managed to carry away their casualties as they retreated.

Kebbi State’s Deputy Governor, accompanied by the Commissioner of Police and the Emir of Argungu, visited Mera to offer condolences.

EFCC Withdraws Naira Abu*se Suit Against Cubana Chief Priest

A Federal High Court in Lagos has ruled in favour of Pascal Okechukwu, popularly known as Cubana Chief Priest, by granting a motion by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) to discontinue its suit against him. ��POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the court’s decision comes after both parties revealed they were exploring a settlement in the matter.��During the May 2 seating, the defense counsel, Mr. Chikaosolu Ojukwu (SAN), informed the court that parties were exploring a settlement, and the matter was adjourned until June 5 for a report on the settlement.��The court then adjourned the case until June 5 (today) for report of settlement.��Cubana Chief Priest is accused of tampering with N500 denomination funds while dancing at the social event. This the EFCC said contraves the Central Bank Act of 2007.��He was later arraigned on April 17 on a three-count charge bordering on Naira Abuse.
