On 2:12:23 Flush House International Charitable Organization carried out her Charity outreach. The organization generously donated hospital equipment to Imo State Specialist Hospital and covered medical bills for some indigent patients.
The event commenced with a warm welcome by the Chairman of the Welfare/Charity Committee of the organization Dr. Chima Madu expressing gratitude for the community's support. The symbolic equipment handover ceremony as performed by the Provost of the organization Obinna Adindu Esq showcased the organizations' commitment to enhancing health care delivery and alleviating the sufferings of the less privileged. He emphasized that the gesture was also in memory of our deceased member QS Chukwuemeka Obialo who was till his death the secretary of the Committee.
The Imo Specialist Hospital Umuguma Owerri received a substantial donation of Wheel Chairs, Trolleys, Bedside tables, Bedside lockers, weight and height measures and delivery tables/couches .
The Chief Medical Director Dr. Ibebuike Kaunda onbehalf of the Management of the Hospital conveyed their heartfelt appreciation for the invaluable donations, reinterating the positive impacts it will have on patients outcomes.
In an impactful gesture , FHICO also addressed the financial burdens of indigent patients by covering their medical bills. This compassionate initiative was aimed at reducing the stress on families facing health care related financial challenges. The event concluded with expressions of gratitude from the Beneficiaries lauding the profound impact of the benevolence on their lives. A former Provost of the Organization Arc. Chukwuma Njoku led the closing prayers.
