Member States of the World Health Organization reaffirmed their collective commitment to finishing polio eradication, following extensive discussions at this week’s WHO Executive Board.

Rotary was also recognized for its enduring role in polio eradication. As Vice Chair of the International PolioPlus Committee Judith Diment said, "Polio eradication remains a powerful and increasingly rare example of enduring collaboration toward a shared priority."
