Exactly 8 years ago, on the 25th of February 2016, you went to be with the Lord! And because of that every 25th of February, just like today is ESTHER DAY🤗 in Esther Sports Club Sweden and Esther Anyanwu Empowerment Foundation Nigeria, in honor of a woman of substance, a woman who affected her generation positively through the humane way she generously lavished kindness and compassion to people, especially the suffering masses. Who from the old eastern region can claim ignorance of your deep benevolence through your distribution of food items, medical supplies and medical treatment to the suffering women and children during the Biafra war? You were one of the first people in your community and environs to travel to UK and study at the University of Bristol. A great woman of faith whom the best surgeons in town gave 2 months to live because of breast cancer, but told the doctors that she would not die but live to declare the works of God. And that was how 2 months in 2009 turned to 7 years. You lived for seven more years to the amazement of those doctors without any real medical care and truly declared the word of God to so many people. Evangelist Esther Ihuoma (nee Chimezie) Anyanwu! It’s exactly 8 years today that our Lord took you to be with Him. I remember your last phone call to us with the song 🎶 you sang to the kids and I some hours before you passed on “I’m not moved by what I see… Hallelujah….” And that song has been our declaration of faith which has helped us overcome many obstacles here in Sweden till date. We are doing great here mum but what happened to coming over to join us here in Sweden in a short while???😭
Words cannot express how much we miss you mummy😭but we are consoled by the knowledge of whose care you are under today! We love and miss you deeply our sweet and irreplaceable Big mummy😘
