📌 ABOUT THE AWARDS
We will celebrate 50 outstanding Indigenes and Organisations connected to Ogun State, residing in the United Kingdom and Ireland.

- Community Champion
- Education Excellence
- Emerging Entrepreneur
- Cultural Ambassador
- Gateway Builder
All categories are open to nominees from Egba, Ijebu, Yewa and Remo regions.
📋 NOMINATION CRITERIA
To be eligible, nominees must:
✅ Be a resident of the United Kingdom or Ireland
✅ Meet the minimum continuous residency requirement:
- Minimum 3 years for Individuals
- Minimum 5 years for Organisations
✅ Be connected to Ogun State by birth, parental lineage, marriage, or distinguished service.
📩 HOW TO NOMINATE
You may nominate yourself, another individual, or an organisation you believe deserves recognition.

We count on your nominations to ensure we do not miss out on honouring those who truly deserve to be celebrated.
We recognise that 50 is a small number, considering the immense impact and contributions of Ogun State indigenes and organisations across the UK and Ireland — both to our communities here and to the development of Ogun State and Nigeria. However, this year our selection of 50 awardees is specially matched to mark our Golden Jubilee Anniversary.
