OYO FOOD BANK ETC. A simple box of food makes a big difference, with foodbanks helping prevent crime, housing loss, family breakdown and mental health problems. We will ask them about their circumstances, income and needs, and will ask if it is just them that needs food or if they also have a family to feed. People

can normally get up to four food bank vouchers issued as it's meant to be a short-term solution. Our food banks will be flexible and may be able to provide more. If people are struggling with financial issues, they can get in touch with us for support on how to manage your money. Our mission is to give food to the hungry, home for the homeless, clothes for the naked, health care for the sick and hope for the hopeless.

Cast your cares upon the Lord, He truly cares for you. Whatever weighs heavy on your heart, whatever burden feels too much to carry, you are not meant to carry it alone. Jesus invites you with love and compassion:

“Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

Lay it down. Release the worry. Receive His peace. Rest is not a place—it is a promise.
