*THE SECRET OF HAPPY HOME*
To discuss Happiness in Marriage, we can not exclude sadness.
For the Church to move forward, we must make our Home happy & do well.
- There can't be a Church without A Home.
And this is one of the major reasons why the devil attacks marriage. Mathew 16:18.
- The foundation you laid during courtship will determine if it will be a happy home or a sad home.
Psalms 11:3. If the foundations be destroyed, what can the righteous do?
* If U have a dirty relationship during courtship, you will surely pay for it in marriage.
- Be sincere with yourself as a Single that NO MARRIAGE, NO S*X.
* And at the same time, you can't marry a club girl & expect her to automatically become Mummy G.O.
Although it can only be corrected in the place of Prayer & Patient. Because what God can not do, doesn't exist. Jeremiah 32:27.
*There are many fears for our Youth now. Been scared of several broken marriages. But, I am here to assure our singles in the house that, nothing to worry about, just pray & be sure that you hear God leading you to where you are going*
*Your confirmation with God will help you to run to Him, in case of any challenge in marriage.*
WHY SAD HOME? WHY SAD SPOUSE? Since all that God created was good?
Genesis 1:31; I Timothy 4:4. And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.
The bad nature in some of our sisters or brothers came from their various upbringing/background, friends, or culture. And no one is perfect, BUT coming together in Marriage enables us to rebuild each other to the taste you desired.
Secret means. Confidentiality
1. *Hidden information*: A secret is information that is not publicly known or disclosed, often due to confidentiality or security concerns.
2. *Private matters*: Secrets can refer to personal or private matters that are not shared with others.
Psalms 25:14. The secret of the LORD is with them that fear him; and he will shew them his covenant.
HAPPY MEANS. "Happy" typically means:
Emotional State
1. *Joyful*: Feeling or showing pleasure, contentment, or joy.
2. *Satisfied*: Feeling pleased or fulfilled with one's circumstances or situation.
HOME MEANS. Residence or a person's permanent or temporary dwelling place
What makes your home work or happy is the secret between you & your spouse.
And the secret is UNDERSTANDING.
I Peter 3:7. Likewise, ye husbands, dwell with them according to knowledge, giving honour unto the wife, as unto the weaker vessel, and as being heirs together of the grace of life; that your prayers be not hindered.
* U may be the one helping ur wife to sweep, or washing & the family keeps moving without any quarrel, that is a secret.
* It's possible that your wife has been d one feeding the home pending the time you will get better job dat is a secret. BUT dat doesn't mean you should see that as her duty. Remember, she is just a helpmate. According to Genesis 2:18
* Your spouse may snore a lot while sleeping, but you know how to manage it; that is a secret.
* It's possible you don't like light on while sleeping, but your spouse loves it, but U understand each other to manage things, that is a secret.
AND FOR YOUR HOME TO REMAIN HAPPY, NEVER DISCLOSE YOUR SECRET TO STRANGERS.
BUT in a situation where you lack the knowledge to manage ur secret, expect, Kaos, Fight, Sadness, Humiliation & Separation in the marriage.
Hosea 4:6a. My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee.
*SOME REALITY TO NOTE & KEEP IN OUR HEART*
* *Communication is the strength of a good relationship. Don't joke with this area*
- Poor communication may lead to serious damage in a marriage.
* *Be attentive to your spouse, God may inform him/her to give you divine information that will change your destiny forever. Don't be a too-know Pastor or Mummy G.O*
* *No matter how much you love your children, remember it was your spouse that you first loved before the children's arrival. Don't let them reduce your attention to your spouse. Mind you, those children will soon move forward & it will remain only you & your spouse*
* *Forgive each other quickly, don't go to bed without settling your grudges. Satan may take advantage of you & launch an attack easily. Since he has been looking for a loophole before*
* *Be careful of the information given to 3rd party, be it inlaw or friends*
* *Whatever negative names you called your spouse, is what she will respond to & manifest in his or her attitude*
* *Prayerfully help your spouse in a secret place of prayer. Most of the strange behavior from them is beyond what he or she can handle*
