Program Report (August–September 2025)
Organized by Impact Academy Nigeria at Elim Center, Onipako-Jebba, the program focused on training teenagers and youths to be mission-minded while enhancing physical and mental fitness.
As a sports instructor, I led exercises, team games, and endurance challenges linking faith with discipline and teamwork.
Activities included mission fitness sessions, leadership challenges, morning devotions with workouts, and a mission march.
Participants showed growth in discipline, unity, and spiritual awareness.
Many realized that sports can serve as a tool for ministry and personal developments.
Challenges included limited sports materials and weather interruptions.
Lessons emphasized early preparation, spiritual integration, and consistent motivation.
The program strengthened both faith and physical resilience among youth.
Future plans include launching a Faith and Fitness Workshop and Mission Fitness Club.
Recommendations were made for more support and training kits.
Prayers focused on lasting impact and divine provision for future programs.
Overall, the Program successfully blended ministry, mentoring, and movement to the glory of God.

1. Executive Summary

The Program, organized by Impact Academy Nigeria at Elim Center, Onipako-Jebba, took place between August and September 2025. The program aimed at equipping teenagers and youths to be mission-minded, while also building their physical and mental fitness.

As one of the sports instructors, my primary role was to lead physical training sessions and team-building games that emphasized discipline, endurance, teamwork, and spiritual focus. The program was impactful, witnessing strong participation, increased unity among youth, and visible enthusiasm for missions and fitness.

2. Vision, Mission, and Core Values

Vision:
To raise spiritually vibrant and physically fit young people who are mission-driven and purpose-oriented.

Mission:
To train teenagers and youths in holistic development — spiritually, mentally, and physically — for the expansion of God’s Kingdom.

Core Values:
Faith • Discipline • Service • Teamwork • Excellence.

3. Objectives for the Reporting Period

To train young people to be mission-conscious and spiritually alert.

To enhance physical and mental alertness through sports and exercise.

To promote teamwork, discipline, and endurance among youth.

To build character and leadership through sportsmanship and faith.

4. Activities and Achievements

5. Impact and Testimonies

Several participants testified of improved discipline and self-control after the training.

Many learned how to relate sports discipline to spiritual growth — “You can’t win the mission race without endurance.”

The sessions promoted unity among participants from different schools and ministries.

Increased understanding of how physical health supports spiritual assignment.

7. Challenges and Lessons Learned

Challenges:

Limited resources for purchasing quality sports kits.

Weather interruptions affected some outdoor sessions.

Lessons Learned:

Youths respond more actively when lessons combine faith with physical activity.

Early preparation and adequate materials improve engagement and safety.

Consistent encouragement helps build spiritual resilience and focus.

8. Upcoming Plans

To develop a Faith and Fitness Workshop as a follow-up to Program.

To start a Mission Fitness Club within youth fellowships.

To involve more youth volunteers as assistant trainers.

To collaborate with schools for monthly fitness outreaches with gospel messages

9. Recommendations and Prayers
Recommendations:
Increase logistical support for sports evangelism.

Provide training kits and first-aid materials for future programs.

Integrate more Bible-based fitness teachings for holistic impact.

Prayer Points:

Pray for lasting transformation in the lives of all participants.

Pray for more strength, wisdom, and resources for instructors.

Pray that God will raise these youth as missionaries in their schools and communities.
