The Lagos State AIDS Control Agency convened a mediation meeting today with key stakeholders to address a petition regarding HIV-related stigma and discrimination.

In attendance were representatives from the Network of People Living with HIV/AIDS (NEPWHAN), the Ministry of Justice, the Domestic and S*xual Violence Agency (DSVA), the Police Force, and the former Convener of the Human Rights and Justice Workgroup.

The meeting aimed to facilitate a constructive dialogue and find solutions to the issues raised in the petition.
