In the name of being disciplined in keeping your word, stay guided so you don't start practicing unforgiveness.
You can still end up being wrong doing things you hold right in your own eyes. This is one of the devil's major arsenals for the last days' Church, and his major targets are church leaders.
As a leader/Shepherd, in the name of bringing discipline to your followers, guide your heart so diligently to ensure that you don't journey from giving them a silent attitude to bitterness, which will eventually lead you to unforgiveness. As a leader/Pastor, you must trust God for the grace to manage offence. Remember, Jesus said to His disciples, "Surely, offence will come"....
In your journey of leadership, you must understand that leadership is first about people. Secondly, you need to come to terms with the understanding that people differ, that is to say, there are diverse kinds of people that can be in your team, some will be soft, while others might seem to be difficult people. Being grounded in love gives you an edge in your leadership.
You can win anybody, whether a soft or a difficult person through love. Love remains the perfect way of victory.
