AIM: KNOW MORE ABOUT MISSION WORK.

TEXT: MATTHEW: 21:1-9

*MEMORY VERSE*: MATTHEW.21:6. And the disciples went and did as Jesus commanded them.

*INTRODUCTION*:

We saw last lesson that as believer, we are called to missions it is essential therefore that we study how we can
actively be involved in the mission work.

*LESSON I -YOU CAN PREACH.*
a. Some are called and set apart to go to different lands to preach the gospel Act. 13:1-2
b. The work of missions demands that some people should go to those who have not heard about the gospel.
c. Jesus left His throne above to come to this sinful world to save us. Phil.2:5-8. A
d. Jesus commanded us to go to the entire world. Mk 16:15, Act 1:8
e. Unless people go and preach, there is no mission.
f. We need men and women who will travel to lands to proclaim the gospel.

*LESSON II-YOU CAN PRAY*
A. Mission work thrives on prayer, without prayers mission work will suffer.
B. Apostle Paul enjoyed Ephesians church to partner with him in prayers. Eph6:18-20.
C. Regular prayers must be offered to God for
missionaries.
D. We ought to remember missionaries in our family alters and in our private prayers.

*Lesson llI-you can support with your money*
A. Mission is a very expensive venture.
B. God has blessed His children so they can finance His project.
C. Paul commended the philipians for being
exceptional in financing mission work. Phil. 4:14 -19.
D. As an individual you can pay for missionary's salary or school fees of their children or help in his missionary training.
E. You can adopt a mission anywhere and finance their works.

*CONCLUSION*
Your preaching, prayers money etc. Can go a long way to affect missions positively, God has given everyone
something with which they can use to do His work. It may be your time, money, obedient the disciples did as Jesus commanded them. It truly we are His disciples we will do His Command's.

*TOPIC* :TITHES AND OFFERINGS.

*AIM* : To know the significance of tithes and offerings in our worship to God.

*TEXT* : Malachi 3:6-12, Ex.35:4-10, 20:21

*MEMORY VERSE:* Prov.3:9=Honour the Lord with thy substance and with the first fruit of all thine increase.

*INTRODUCTION* :
Regular payment of tithes and offerings is mandatory because God commanded it. Tithes and offering are God's provisions to bless His people. Obedience to this has brought financial blessing to many obedient believers who practiced it and those that are disobedient to this command has been robbed of the fulfillment of the divine promise of God in Mal. 3:6-12.

*LESSON 1-WHAT IS TITHING IN BIBLICAL STANDS*

a. Tithe is one tenth of all incomes, salary, profit, gifts etc.
b. Tithing is a practice which has existed long before the dispensation of the Law. Gen 14:18-20.
c. Abraham paid tithe, His seed too must pay, John 8:39, Gal 3:26-29, Rom 4:12. We are the children of Abraham by faith,
d. Jacob vowed to pay tithe the will protect him Gen 28:16-22.
e. Israel commanded payment of tithes live, 27:30-32, Num. 18:21-24
f. Jesus command payment of tithes with mercy, faith love of God etc. Matt 23:23, Lk 18:12.
g. Paying tithe attracts some blessings. Malachi 3:11.
h. Not paying tithe will bring curses upon the offender.
Malachi 3:9.
i. Covetousness, rebellion, unbelief and greed are some of the reasons some people do not pay tithes. I Tim 6:10. Isa. 15:23, Hebl:6.
j. Tithes are to support the work of God.

a. Offering are willing gift which we offer to God from our heart. Ex 35:4 -10& 20-21.

*Text:* Matt. 5:21-48

*Memory Verse:* Rom. 12:18; If it be possible as much as lieth in you, live peaceable with all men. This is a continuation of last Sunday's study. In vs 23-25 we shall be studying all that surrounds the words:
(1) Enemy
(2)Offense's
(3) Consequences Enemity is taken from the Greek word called "Echthros" it is another word for advasary. It means to hate, pass odious or act of being hostile to some one else. In other words, it is an opposition against your life. Throughout the Bible, we can see this undisputable fact that nobody is without an enemy as long as you are living under the sun. Even our Lord Jesus had enemies. Therefore it is a part of life. If you say that you do not have an enemy you are a qualified liar. There are many reason for enemity (1) Satan is the author and fanner I Pet. 5:8-9
(2) Because of our nature.
(3) Because of our colour and races
(4) Because of likes and dislikes etc.
Enemity can be generated from envy, jealousy, pride or selfishness. One's progress also attracts enemity. There are two kinds of enemies:
(1) Enemies who you can overcome by loving, forgiving and staying at aloof to them.
(2) There are others who are born with large quantity of enemity deposited in their lives. They can not avoid hating others even themselves: Such people always end up practising witchcraft. Our memory verse informs us to do every thing possible within our capacity to live at peace with them. It may be very difficult but it is possible because God's grace is available, pray that God will give you a large heart which can absorb all their shocks. Pray for their good and not their fall and death. Do not think or plan any evil against them. Rom. 8:18-21. Develop skills or technics for explanations, you can see the inevitability of enemity and it is there to test your faith. *Topic*: Clearing the thrash and confusion on Redemption.

*Text:* Il Pt. 3:14-18; Titus 1;10-16

*Memory verse*: I Cor. 5:17- Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature old things are passed away, behold all things are becoming new. This is a continuation of last Sunday's study. The aim is to answer many questions or confusion which will arise in your heart, you may ask why many Christians as you think still have the influence of demons on them. This has helped to largely confuse the church today, Also, this has given these ignorant or agents of satan the room to spread their dragnet on believers. Let us get the answers.

(1) Is the person redeemed? who redeemed "him? Heb. 3:16; John I0;8-9 We are sure that it is not all who left Egypt for Cannan land left by (Hoses) the real doos in
the same way, all who are-confessing Christianity are
not all true Christians. Some do not come through the right door (Jesus Christ). We must not allow the confusion of the familiar spirits and their manifestations to deceive us. Read Titus 1:10-16 very well. These people are among believers, DO you know them?

(2) Can Jesus do a job half way? Mk. 7:32-37. Take note Of this statement, "He has done all things well".
(3) Has Jesus changed? Hob. 13:8 (4) Has the word of God
changed? Matt. 24:35; PS. 119:89-90.
(5) Can God buy us back to himself and allow a room in us to share with the devil? I Cor. 6:19-20. This is impossible?
(6) is God becoming weak or finding some difficulty in
what he is doing Lk. 1:37 answered it-all. The God I know and serve did not redeem his israelite from the Egyptian's slavery and left them at the border of the Red sea to be destroyed by the same Egyptians. Instead, He devided the red sea and led them through with a triumphant victory when the enemies tried it, God destroyed them. This is very significant.it is another simple illustration of what redemption is all about, it is either you are redeemed or you are not

TOPIC: Redemption Part 1

Text: Lk. 1: 67-80

Memory verse: ICor. 6:20, For you are bought with a price, there-for glorify God in your body and in your spirit "which are God's.

AIM: The aim of this study is to thrash cut certain trash in the mentality of some believers which has been instituted and carried about by satanic oriented messengers which Jesus call False Christ and prophets. Matt. 24:24, 2Thess. 2:9-12, These agents come in the sheep's clothing but they are ravening wolves inwardly Matt, 7:15-16. Apostle Paul describes them as deceitful ministers who transforms themselves as the ministers of, Christ 2Cor, 11:13-15. Apostle Peter calls them false teacher who
imports damnable heresies secretly among the brethren. They bring swift destruction not only to themselves but also their victims in the church 2P. 2;1-3.
Jude calls them raging waves of the sea foaming but their shame. They secretly creep into the church and with their ungodly manifestations turn the grace of God into lasciviousnoss.Jude 4:13.
Jesus says, "by their fruits, you shall know them Matt. 7:16, The greatest source they use to victimize their victims is the devil's anointing in their message and their so called miracles, signs and wonders.
This study is not about false teachers and prophets, But it is so important to emphasize on these in order to know the major source of the problems in the church today, problems have highly increased in the church from the time they began champaign about their so called ministry of deliverance in which they deliver individuals, homes, villages and even churches. Or they use the word "breaking of curses? Sicknesses and diseases have also hightened Since the campaign of their so called miracles, signs and wonders, poverty has gone out with it's hurricane wave among the brethren and in our society from the time they began their campaign on prosperity and their so called curse braking. *SUNDAY 12TH 0CTOBER, 2025*

Topic: Resurrection Foundation

Text: Rev.20:5-13

Memory verse: Rev. 20:5. But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection. This is a continuation of last study, (the first resurrection).
This study is aimed at giving us a wide range of knowledge on what happens to every souls after leaving this life. Many people in this world believe that there is nothing like life after death or accountability after. This ironic ideas make them to live any how without thinking about their lives. Let this be settled in your heart. As long as you have come into this world, whether you are a believer or unbeliever. There is a resurrection of your life after you have died on earth.

Our memory verse informs us that there will be a thousand years gap between the resurrection of the righteous and that of the unrighteous. Remember that the first resurrection is what we call the rapture of the saints. This is clone once and not twice as many people in this faith expect. It is called holy and blessed because the participants escape the horror of hell-fire. While the second resurrection is damning and horrible. Who soever partakes in this second resurrection is doomed forever in hell-fire. Read vs 6 and 15. In I Cor, 15;12 the Bible tells us that there are people questioning the word "of God.
They ask, "how can it be and with what kind, of body will they resurrect vs 35?.

In vs 36, the bible calls them, fools. Note lt is a very stupid idea to ask God questions on how he does his things.
Read I Cor. 15:36-34. In vs 44.the message makes it clear that there are spiritual and physical bodies. They ask What of those tored by wild animals or drowned in
the water? Heb. 20;13 tells us that it does not matter what kind of death or where the person dies, what is sure is that you must resurrect at the time appointed.

In summary, it is of great importance to inform you that you must by all means stop

Topic: Laying on of hands; foundation

Text: Num. 2?:15-23.

Memory verse: 2Tim. 1:6 Wherefore I put thee in remembrance that thou stir up the gift of God, which is in thee by the putting;on of my
hands.

Introduction:This study is all about informing us the
necessary things we must know about "laying on of hands" because of it's great importance,
(1) It is not what;
should be done carelessly
(2) You must know the very person laying hands on you because this is "the easiest way of transferring of spirits, gifts, power and ability that maybe Godly or "devilish, Many children of God are very ignorant of this. Many have been victimized by agents of
satan (familiar spirits) because of one problem or the other by their 'laying on'" of their hands. . By this occasion, they transfer their spirits which results to confusion and
fear, In some cases, the problems become compounded and
complicated, It causes disintegration which is common in the churches today "Beware", you have been warned',
(4)There are many reasons for laying on of hands
(a) in consecration of offerings Lev. 1:4; 3:2
(b) in ordination or
consecration of men for God's . service Num, 8: 10-11.

In our text Num. 27:18 The Lord said to Moses, "Take Joshua and lay your hands on him because he has the spirit of service. Today, many servants of God lay hands on people indiscriminately for their selfish interest or gain
Det,• 34:9« The apostles practiced laying on of hands first on the chosen deacons (Acts 6:6) because they have the spirit.
(c) In transferring gifts as we have learnt from our memory ,verse ll Tim. 1:6, ITim.4:14, Mth, 19;14-15.
(e) in healing
people Mk. 16:17-18. Our master Jesus entitles every believer to lay hands on the sick for them to recover. / AS
soon as a believer lays his hands on the sick,. the power of God in him'-is released for the- healing, "serious.

SUNDAY 3RD AUGUST, 2025

Topic: Water baptism; Foundation

Text: Matth. 3:5-17

Memory Verse:Mk. 16:15-16. And he said unto them, 'Go ye into the world and preach to every creature, He that
believeth' and is baptized shall be saved: but he that believeth not shall be damned.

Introduction: Baptism is derived from the Greek word "Baptize" it simply means burial. In Rom. 6:1-8 we see the
literal meaning of baptism. It is an outward demon-stration of what has happened in the life of a believer Rom. 6:4.
Shows that- there must be a spiritual or inward baptism before an outward one. Rom. 6:6 -tells us that it is death
and burial of your old man of sin and the resurrection of the
new man of righteousness (Jesus Christ) in your life 1pt.
3:21 informs us that an outward baptism without the inward first can not save any body. Secondly, *there are*
*four kindsof baptism* (1) Moses' baptism 1Cor-1: 1-2
(2) John's baptism. Acts 19:3-4
(3) Jesus baptism, tagged ."In the name of Jesus' Matth. 28:19, Acts 2:38; 19:5. Do not ever be deceived by people whose base is on dogma. Instead of 'emphasizing on the real thing which is your sanctification.They say that you must be baptized in the name of Jesus to ensure your baptism as though it is different from the instruction in Matth 28:19 "Baptising them in the name of the father, Son and Holy Ghost".
(4) This is called the
baptism of the' sufferings of Christ Mk.10:37-40.

Important things you must know:
(1) Who is qualified? one who bellieves Mk. 16:16. He must be a believer.

Our last study taught us what it means to believe. It is" an abomination in the sight of God to baptize an unbeliever
just as it is an abomination to bury some One alive.
(2.)When? you have repented, converted and dead to your sin, Acts 2:37-38;3:19, Rom.6: 6-8 (3) How? you must
be buried in the water. It must not be any other way. It is not sprinkling of water, Rom. 6:4.
(4) where lt must be? where-there is much water John 3:22-23, Acts 8:36-38.
