Amofin Akogun Urges Igi Iwe JAMB Beneficiaries to Score 300+ for Full Tuition Scholarships

The President of the BTA Foundation, Amofin Titilope Akogun, has called on the 500 beneficiaries of the free JAMB forms under the 2026 Igi Iwe (Education Tree) initiative to demonstrate exceptional academic performance by scoring 300 and above in the ongoing Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).

Amofin Akogun made this known while reaffirming the Foundation’s commitment to rewarding excellence and investing in the educational advancement of young scholars. According to him, candidates who attain a score of 300 and above will qualify for a full tuition scholarship sponsored by the Foundation.

“This initiative is not just about providing access to examination forms, but about inspiring a culture of excellence, discipline, and hard work among our youth,” he stated. “We believe in the potential of these students, and we are ready to support those who distinguish themselves through outstanding performance.”

The Igi Iwe initiative, which translates to “Education Tree,” is designed to nurture academic growth by providing opportunities for students to pursue higher education without financial barriers.

Amofin Akogun further encouraged all beneficiaries to remain focused, confident, and determined as they sit for their examinations, reminding them that success is achievable through dedication and self-belief.

The BTA Foundation continues to play a pivotal role in supporting education and youth development through various impactful programs aimed at building a brighter future for the next generation.

Cheers, Commendations as BTA Foundation Announces Closure of Education Tree (Igi Iwe) 2026 Programme

The BTA Foundation hereby notifies the general public, prospective applicants, students, parents, and other stakeholders that the application process for the BTA Foundation Education Tree (Igi Iwe) 2026 Programme will officially close on Wednesday, 25th February 2026 .

The Education Tree (Igi Iwe) Programme is a flagship initiative of the Foundation, designed to promote access to quality education and support deserving students across our communities. Since its inception, the programme has continued to make meaningful contributions to educational development and youth empowerment.

All interested and eligible applicants are strongly advised to complete and submit their applications on or before the stipulated deadline, as no late submissions will be entertained.

The Foundation remains committed to its vision of empowering the next generation through education and providing opportunities that foster academic excellence and personal growth.

BTA Foundation Records Over 200 Free JAMB Registrations in Five Days

Barrister Titilope Akogun - BTA Foundation has successfully recorded over 200 free JAMB registrations within just five days, demonstrating its strong commitment to advancing access to education and empowering young people.

The Director of Projects, Seun Tabitha, has urged all applicants to check their WhatsApp messages, as onboarding links have been sent to all successful applicants for the next stage of the process.

Applicants who registered either online or through physical forms but have not received any message are advised to reach out via WhatsApp at +234 916 836 9697 on or before 25th February, 2026, as all registrations will officially close on that date.

The Foundation encourages all applicants to act promptly to ensure they do not miss this opportunity.

BTA Foundation is pleased to inform the public that 112 successful applicants who applied online have been invited to commence their JAMB registration.

All shortlisted applicants are advised to check their SMS and WhatsApp messages for their invitation and registration details.

Applicants who have not yet received a WhatsApp message, because they are not on WhatsApp will be contacted between 9am and 12pm today Thursday, 19th February 2026.

Anyone who applied online and do not receive our message nor our call by 12pm today has not been selected and are advised to consider alternatives.

✅Online Applicants:
Registration will take place on Thursday, 19th February and Friday, 20th February 2026

✅Physical Applicants (those who submitted forms at centres):
Registration will commence on Friday, 20th February 2026 and end on Tuesday, 24th February 2026

BTA Foundation Igi Iwe Jamb Form Registration draws its curtain Tomorrow 15/2/2025.

The BTA Foundation launched her Education Tree(Igi Iwe) 2026 scheme with much ado and excitement as it seeks to ignite a structural educational empowerment of his people.

The Igi Iwe Scheme had been sustained since 2017, empowering over 383 with educational scholarships till date.

The 2026 scheme which is poised to sponsor 500 Jambites, grant scholarships to students who score above 300 in Jamb and aspiring to gain admission to tertiary institutions.

It also seeks to distribute over 5000 educational materials to pupils in Irepodun, Ekiti, Isin and Oke Ero Local Government Areas of Kwara South.

The Foundation had reached out to critical educational stakeholders, community leaders, schools, Youth Associations for recommendations of bright but indigent students. An online platform was as well created for the public to apply.

Successful applicants will begin to get a text message between 15th February, 2025 and 17th February 2026. Anyone who has not received our text message by then might not have been selected in this edition.

Successful Applicants will be contacted for guidance and counselling on Choice of Course to be studied to align with 21st century career and job search industry requirements.

The Foundation President, Amofin Joseph Titilope Akogun had assured that applicants will not only get Free Jamb forms, but counsellors support that will shape their future. This is the the real concept of the *Education Tree(Igi Iwe)*.

Applicants are kindly requested to observe the following itinerary of activities going forward.

15th - 17th February:
Sending successful Applicants SMS to commence their registration.

18th February:
Counselling of Applicants, Orientation, and Commencement of Full Jamb Registration.

Those that got our application forms must have submitted them at the designated locations.

Amofin Akogun Releases Igi Iwe 2026 JAMB Application Link

Omu-Aran–born legal practitioner and House of Representatives aspirant, Amofin Joseph Titilope Akogun, through his BTA Foundation, has continued to demonstrate an undeniable commitment to community development and human capacity building across Kwara South.

Over the years, Amofin’s BTA Foundation has implemented numerous impactful programmes that have significantly improved the quality of life of beneficiaries, earning the foundation widespread goodwill and trust within the communities it serves.

In line with its enduring mission to promote and support quality education at all levels, the Foundation has carried out several educational interventions in several schools across the district. To date, over 254 students have benefited from BTA Foundation scholarships spanning primary, secondary, and tertiary institutions, while more than 160 JAMB candidates have received sponsorship in previous years.

For the 2026 academic year, the Foundation has resolved to further grow its education initiative, aptly named “Igi Iwe”, with the following interventions:
✅Distribution of 500 free JAMB forms
✅Full tuition scholarships for students who score 300 and above in JAMB
✅JAMB registration support for applicants

These interventions will be extended across Irepodun, Ekiti, Isin, and Oke Ero Local Government Areas within the Kwara South Senatorial District.
