In my will to have always stood and stand as a link and mediator between the local government and the people, ' I will first applaud the initiative put together to work out good governance among Communities by the Chairman Hon Lucky Iroroefe Avweromre'.

AIM: I wish to drag for "Need for Delegated Legislation" in the area.

My stand as the Coordinator of the None Governmental Organisation is based on the populace importance which can also be the benefits and advantages of the people needs and demands.

The Viable Youth For Good Governance in her formation, have many times practice good reality of academic knowledge to help our today government in the rural areas without gaining a dime' not even Local Government NGO grants, support and funding from Ughelli South Council but the organisation has tremendously work for the good of the people, particularly, OKWAGBE and neighbouring community as a reference.

Delegated legislation helps to save parliamentary time, allows for technical expertise, ensures flexible and rapid responses to emergencies, and enables local, customized regulations. It enhances governance by allowing experts to draft detailed rules, reducing the burden on legislators and speeding up the amendment process.

Key advantages of delegated legislation include: Parliament to focus on core policy and principles, leaving detailed regulations to departments, ministers, or specialized bodies such as the VIABLE YOUTH FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE. Access to Technical or complex topics (e.g., environmental regulations, health standards) can be handled by experts, ensuring the laws are practical and informed in the local government.

This will by myself and my team revolution in the Ughelli South Area pushing the government for the organisation recognition in the times we have exist and we shall exist.

The Council doesn't belong to only POLITICIANS but all those who can be trusted and worthy of public service.

PROTEST PLANNED BUT ABOLISHED!!!

The day 18th of April, 2026, I witness one of it kind planned but abolished PROTEST in my very own Community, Okwagbe.

On clarification purpose, Okwagbe YOUTH that feel so concern about insecurity ravaging against OKWAGBE occupant, publicly disclosed a planned protest on social media yesterday 17th April, 2026 to hold today 18th April, 2026.

On the planned day 18th of April, Myself, Comr Edewor Otighoarievwen choose to witness the protest as a Head of an NGO ' VIABLE YOUTH FOR GOOD GOVERNANCE that stands between the GOVERNMENT and the PEOPLE to maintain orderliness, and peace ✌️regarding citizens right.

On my arrival, time spent with the Community Executive and the Youth was all round understanding to prefer SOLUTIONS to the insecurity going on in the community 'particularly, in the areas of Breaking and Entering, R**e and murdering cases going on in the community.

I sincerely use this medium to thank and appreciate the proactive Divisional Police Officer CSP Olowole Oladipupo Ughelli South Command, Directorate State Security (DSS) and Okwagbe Community Leader's to supportively and willingly witness the planned but abolished protest in regards or aim to protect lives and properties, archiving well coordinate and Peaceful protest.

Thank God 🙏 the purpose to the abolished YOUTH Protest was heard by the community leaders after hearing constitutional advice from the Security agency in the person of CSP Olowole Oladipupo, DPO Ughelli South Command.

The conclusion of the matter remains with the community leaders in due time giving a good lasting long agreed solution idea to adequate security agencies who can cub insecurity.
