“A nice peace fund idea from people who look like we… a society within a society. That’s major.” — Jay-Z

Those words shaped my journey. Back in 2022, I was stuck in Otta, Ogun State, searching for someone who thought and built like me. Through a mentorship program, I met Samuel — also from Otta — and that meeting in Ikoyi birthed Oguntechies.

Since then, we’ve mentored people across tech through practical, community-driven learning. And this Saturday, we returned to where it all started for our first Otta town hall.
