One of the most engaging outreaches of the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation (EOOF) is our personal development Workshop for young people in secondary schools.

Key Benefits for Students:

- Leadership & Communication Skills: Builds their ability to express ideas, work in teams, and lead with integrity.

- Goal Setting & Discipline: Teaches practical steps for academic excellence and personal growth.

- Emotional Intelligence: Equips them to manage relationships, stress, and peer pressure effectively.

The Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, in collaboration with St. Joseph Centenary Catholic College, GRA, Ilorin, Kwara State, recently organized and coordinated a series of educational workshops focused on healthy relationships, self-esteem, and consent. These sessions were complemented by engaging activities, including an “Acts of Kindness Challenge,” held with students at the school auditorium.

The learning environment was highly conducive, the students were receptive and actively engaged, and the hospitality extended by the school’s teachers and staff was exceptional. The positive feedback received from participants during and after the sessions—particularly through our evaluation process—has been both encouraging and inspiring, reinforcing our commitment to expand the reach and impact of such initiatives.

We sincerely appreciate the school administration for granting us the opportunity to engage with and contribute to the development of the students of St. Joseph Centenary Catholic College.

At the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, we remain committed to empowering young people by nurturing their potential across essential life skills and critical awareness areas. Our programs are thoughtfully designed to be practical, engaging, and directly relevant to students’ personal growth and future professional development.

The Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation proudly joins the global community in celebrating International Women's Day 2026, recognizing the invaluable contributions of women as transformational agents in society.

Women are more than participants in existing systems—they are drivers of meaningful change. From the family, where they sustain social cohesion and stability, to the workplace, where they fuel innovation and productivity, women remain indispensable to sustainable development. Increasingly, global evidence shows that gender diversity is not just a social value but a strategic advantage for growth and progress.

In education, women serve as catalysts for quality and inclusion, shaping learning environments and improving outcomes for future generations. In communities, they remain pillars of development, nurturing values and strengthening grassroots leadership. In leadership spaces, women continue to redefine influence through empathy, collaboration, and transformational leadership.

This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the power of collective support and shared progress. At the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, this principle guides our work. Through our initiatives, we have mentored over 3,500 young women, equipping them with:

Economic Self-Reliance: Skill acquisition and entrepreneurial development

Professional Growth: Technical knowledge and essential soft skills for career success

Leadership and Peacebuilding: Capacity to lead with integrity and make informed decisions

Holistic Wellness: Awareness and practices that promote healthy and productive living

By investing in women, we do more than transform individual lives—we strengthen families, empower communities, and shape the future of nations.

When a woman thrives, a nation breathes.

We at the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation are excited to share the key insight that stood out during our first get-together meeting — one that challenged our thinking, provoked deep reflection, and helped us realign and reorient our focus.

We were reminded that procrastination is subtle yet powerful. It tricks you into believing you are “resting” or that “there is still enough time to get it done later,” when in reality, you may simply be avoiding the very thing that could move your life forward.

Procrastination is like that sneaky friend who says, “We’ll do it later,” — until “later” quietly becomes “never.”
It delays purpose.
It postpones growth.
It disguises fear as comfort.

But awareness changes everything. The moment we recognize procrastination for what it is, we regain the power to choose discipline over delay, action over avoidance, and purpose over excuses.

At EOOF, we are choosing to act with intention, lead with clarity, and embrace the responsibility of becoming better — one decisive step at a time.

Goodwill Message for the Lenten Season

As believers journey through this sacred season of Lent, we extend our heartfelt prayers and goodwill to you and your loved ones.

Lent is a season of reflection, renewal, and spiritual awakening — a time to draw closer to God through prayer, fasting, and intentional living. It is an invitation to realign our hearts with divine purposes and to grow in love, humility, and compassion.

May this holy season strengthen your faith, deepen your devotion, and refine your character. May every sacrifice become a seed of transformation, every moment of prayer brings clarity, and every act of kindness reflects the light of Christ.

As an organization committed to purpose, service, and positive impact, we encourage you to embrace this season as an opportunity for growth — spiritually, personally, and communally.

Wishing you a meaningful, reflective, and grace-filled Lenten season.

With prayers and goodwill,

Goodwill Message for the Month of Ramadan

As the blessed month of Ramadan begins, we extend our warmest greetings and heartfelt goodwill to our Muslim brothers and sisters observing this sacred season.

Ramadan is a time of devotion, discipline, compassion, and spiritual renewal. It is a season that calls for prayer, fasting, generosity, and deeper reflection — a beautiful reminder of the values of selflessness, gratitude, and service to humanity.

May this holy month strengthen your faith, purify your heart, and bring peace to your home. May your prayers be answered, your sacrifices rewarded, and your acts of kindness multiplied.

At the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, we celebrate with you the shared values that unite us — love, compassion, integrity, and service to others. May this Ramadan inspire greater unity, understanding, and goodwill within our communities.

Love and Service Fest received overwhelmingly positive feedback and was successfully coordinated and organized by the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation in collaboration with St. Joseph Centenary Catholic College, Offa Road, GRA, Ilorin, Kwara State, on 5 February 2026.

The event featured engaging and educational workshops centered on healthy relationships, self-esteem, and consent. Through interactive sessions and meaningful conversations, participants were equipped with practical insights and tools to make informed, responsible, and value-driven decisions.

The aim of the Fest was to promote a broader and more holistic understanding of healthy relationships, self-worth, and consent—one rooted not merely in emotions, but in service, personal growth, responsibility, and positive societal impact among young adults. By reframing love as both a value and a responsibility, the program encouraged students to cultivate character, mutual respect, and emotional intelligence in their daily lives.

The positive response from participants reflects the growing need for safe, value-based spaces where young people can learn, reflect, and grow into confident, compassionate leaders.

This Valentine's Day, let's redefine love. It's not just butterflies and vibes; it's a conscious decision to show up, stay present, and take responsibility for your time, energy, and choices.

Love is a commitment we stand for, not a feeling we fall into. It's the courage to happen to life, an active choice rather than a passive emotion.

By focusing on commitment, conscious decision, and taking control, we shift from romantic clichés to intentional living.

Happy Valentine's Day from Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation.

In Nigeria, land represents both opportunity and legacy. It is more than a physical space for building structures; in the context of agropreneurship, land becomes a productive asset — one that generates consistent income, builds equity, and creates sustainable wealth.
As one of the core factors of production, land holds a unique economic advantage. Unlike many other assets, it rarely depreciates. Instead, it tends to appreciate over time, particularly in developing or expanding communities. Even more strategically, land can generate income while simultaneously increasing in value.

For young people, especially those in agriculture, acquiring land early provides significant advantages:

Asset security

Collateral for accessing loans

Long-term capital appreciation

In simple terms, it shifts young agropreneurs from merely working for money to putting themselves in a position where their land works for them.

At one of our Business Summits, Akintade Oluwatosin Taiwo shared that, according to the Nigerian Business School, real estate accounted for the largest share of Nigeria’s economic sector in the first quarter of 2025. This reinforces the strategic importance of land ownership as a tool for economic empowerment.

We strongly believe that young people — particularly youth in agriculture — can make forward-thinking decisions by maximising this opportunity. Encouraging them to acquire arable land in semi-urban or rural areas allows them to position themselves ahead of infrastructural development. As roads, electricity, and other amenities expand into these areas, land values are likely to increase significantly, potentially doubling over time.

At the Ezekiel O. Oluwaseun Foundation, we see land not merely as property, but as a business engine. Smart agropreneurs maximise land use, understanding that agro-real estate is not a short-term venture but a long-term wealth-building strategy.
