To build a robust ecosystem that supports the emerging entrepreneur to utilise local resources to create enterprises and new jobs.

Royaldream Builders Initiative (RBI) is a Non Governmental Organisation whose main objective is to provide a platform for the promotion of entrepreneurship amongst youths in Nigeria. Our mission is to provide a support base for the growth of Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) sector to generate employment for the teeming graduates of educational institutions in Nigeria. We are committed to working

with government, educational institutions, individuals and other organisations to support the SME sector. Our core objectives are to provide capacity development through business and technical education, link entrepreneurs to business mentors and facilitate access to finance for entrepreneurs. We do this through workshops, webinars, one on one business mentoring, internship placements, educational videos both online and offline. Our goal is to reduce the failure rate of entrepreneurs through our support.Over the years we have trained over 6,000 people and provided linkages to investors for over 200 young people. We are also committed to working with local and National governments through design of programs that guarantee job creation and sustainable business enterprises. We have partnered with the US Embassy Abuja, Arizona State University Thunderbird School of Global Management Phoenix USA, The Pollination project, several universities and local governments.
