Education provides the foundation, but intentional guidance transforms potential into a clear roadmap for success!

During our PAVE Safe Space sessions at Akoka Junior School, we focused on Career Development and Mentorship.

We are showing our young girls that schooling goes beyond passing exams, it builds the independence and leadership skills needed to reach their professional dreams.

Crucially, they learned how to connect with trusted mentors in their community who can offer advice and boost their self-assurance.

By equipping adolescent girls with clear future plans and supportive mentorship networks, we prepare them to enter the workforce confidently and lead change in their communities.
