Zireenza Support Foundation The Zireenza Support Foundation (ZSF) is a national, not-for-profit, non-political, non-governmental organisation.

It was officially established on August 8, 2017, during a general meeting held in Mubi North Local Government Area of Adamawa State.ZSF was founded in response to the community’s collective desire to address ongoing socio-economic challenges in various villages. The organization aims to foster mutual understanding, encourage open dialogue, and promote inclusive decision-making to identify and implement sustainable solutions through active community participation.

Zireenza Support Foundation (ZSF) joined the Adamawa State Government and UN agencies for Day One of the Northeast Youth in Crisis Confab (NYICC) 4.0.

Under the theme, “Beyond 2026: Youth as Partners in Locating Humanitarian Action and Building Resilient Communities in Nigeria,” the confab created a meaningful platform for dialogue, collaboration and reflection on the role of young people in humanitarian action and community resilience.

At Zireenza Support Foundation , we believe that sustainable change is strengthened when young people are not only heard, but actively involved in the conversations, decisions and actions that shape their communities.

We are honoured to be part of this important gathering and to join other stakeholders in advancing meaningful youth participation, inclusive humanitarian action and resilient communities across Northeast Nigeria.

Our very own Regional Director and Partnership, Mathew David, has been selected as a panelist at the NYiCC 4.0 - National Youth in Crisis Confab organized by Adamawa State Government & ActionAid!

He will be speaking on Managing Humanitarian Transition: Institutional Readiness, Coordination, Accountability, and Risk Management.

Join us in celebrating him as he represents Zareza Support Foundation (ZSF) alongside an amazing lineup of changemakers including Dr. Umar Garba Pela, Emmanuel Etim, Adek Bassey, and Bala Gabriel Abraham, moderated by Dr. Abba Kyari.

It was a great honour to host the Regional Director and Partnership as part of activities marking the International Day of Protection Against Attacks on Education.

The occasion brought together stakeholders and advocates in a united call to protect education from attacks and ensure every child—especially the girl child—can learn, grow and thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

As part of the advocacy efforts, we marched to the State House of Assembly and Government House, amplifying the call for stronger commitment, policies and actions that safeguard education and protect the rights of children.

Together, we continue to stand for safe schools, protected education and a brighter future for every child.

Education must be protected. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn.
