And there’s a version that’s actually alive, generous, purposeful, leaving something behind that outlasts you.

Only one of those is a *life*. The other is just a heartbeat.

Generosity isn’t what you have left over after you’ve taken care of yourself. It’s a decision made daily, often when it’s inconvenient, to open your hand instead of closing your fist.

And we know that purpose isn’t a destination you arrive at. It’s what happens when your gifts meet someone else’s need, over and over, until it becomes who you are.

So today, ask yourself honestly: is your heart giving, or is it just beating?

Good morning Cheerleaders.

Happy New week to you all.

We know we’ve not had a major outreach this year and even for a while now, and this is because we are all for sustainable impact.

For the past few months, while you didn’t hear from us as often, we’ve been behind the scenes designing something bigger than a celebration.

September marks A decade of Cheers. 10 years we’ve been in existence, 10 years of intentional work.

10 years of raising people, restoring hope, and impacting lives across communities globally.

To celebrate this milestone; we are launching a movement: a sustained, intentional push to touch 10,000 lives, real people, real needs, real change, not just numbers on a report.

This is bigger than us. It will take cheerleaders, intentional, skilled, innovative people ready to build with us, not just cheer from the sidelines.

Every one of them matters.
Every one of them has a role only they can play. This is how movements work.

Ten years into this journey toward global impact.
And every new month is another chance to make the deliberate move, not the reactive one.

So as July opens: we ask, what’s your next move? Where is your knight going? What are you protecting, and what are you building toward?

Charity fixes today, but Systems change tomorrow.

The difference between help that runs out and change that lasts is architecture. Anyone can hand something over. It takes a different kind of thinking, and a different kind of commitment, to build the structure that keeps giving after you’ve walked away.

That’s what systems-level work looks like. It’s not glamorous in the moment. It’s measurements and feedback loops, community trust built over years, programs designed so the people inside them grow strong enough to eventually run them. It’s the ladder that stays standing long after the builder has moved on to the next one.

At Cheers Global, this is how we think about every initiative we build, not just what it solves today, but what it makes possible ten years from now. A hundred million hearts don’t get touched by good intentions alone.
They get touched by deliberate, structured, relentless work.

Build. Empower. Transform. In every order. At every level.

Anyone can show up when it is easy.

But real work, the work that actually changes systems, shifts communities, and outlasts the people who started it, requires something deeper. It requires a heart that has been tested and chose to stay anyway.
A heart that endured the slow seasons, the unseen seasons, the seasons where nothing seemed to be working and the work continued regardless.

A tree does not produce fruit in a hurry. It roots first. It weathers storms. It grows downward before it grows upward.
And when the result finally comes, it comes in abundance because the foundation held.

Sustainable impact is built the same way. Not by the loudest voices or the biggest budgets. But by people with rooted, resilient, persistent hearts who refuse to quit on the communities they serve.

A cheerleader is a person who makes impact endure. Who persists. Who stays rooted in purpose long after the applause fades.

The world does not need good intentions. It needs resilient hearts. 🌳❤️

To every father who stayed.
Who showed up not just on the good days, but on the hard ones. Who worked when he was tired, who chose presence over convenience, who built something quietly and consistently so his children could stand on solid ground.

Fatherhood is not a title. It is a practice. It is the daily decision to lead, to protect, to mentor, to leave something behind worth inheriting.

We see you, and we are raising the next generation of men in your image.

Boys who will learn what strength looks like when it is paired with compassion.

Today we celebrate the men who understood that legacy is not what you leave behind when you die. It is what you build while you are still here.

Dear Cheerleader,

The world doesn’t need more noise at the top.
It needs more hands at the bottom.

Every step worth climbing was built on humility first, service next, and only then the rise. This is the architecture of every changemaker who ever moved a community forward.
The cheerleaders who touch the most lives are never the loudest in the room, or the most vocal, they’re the most committed to the work. They don’t serve to be seen. They serve because something in them refuses to look away from a need they can meet.

So here’s the question worth sitting with today: Are you building your platform, or building people
Because one fades, but the other multiplies.

Every single act of kindness matters. The meal shared, the kind word spoken at the right moment, the time given when it cost you something or the hand extended to someone who had stopped expecting one.

None of it is small. None of it is wasted.
Every kindness is a brick. And brick by brick, we are building something the world desperately needs, a house of hope that stands for the people who have nowhere else to turn.
