AN EXEMPLARY LEADER; BARRISTER KHALIL IBRAHIM ALIYU.

Exemplary leadership means listening more than speaking. To build trust, make sure the members of the public feel heard. When you show concern for others, they perceive that you have good judgment. If you are smart enough to care about them, the thinking goes, you must be quite competent. The key is to confirm you understand their message. One way to ensure you understand people’s problem is to ensure that you are willing to solve the problems and prevent it from reoccurring. That’s what Barrister Khalil Ibrahim Aliyu is all about.

He has over the years proven himself to be an exemplary leader by encouraging the current Senator, representing Zone ‘A’, Sen Sani Musa (313) to take up the challenge and contest. Fortunately, 313 was loved and accepted by the good people of Zone A, hence, his emergence as the senator representing the zone. It is understandably clear that Barrister Khalil Ibrahim Aliyu is people-oriented and that is why he always place the interest of the people above his personal interest.

Barrister Khalil Ibrahim Aliyu has a good character that people can vouch for because a good character in leadership commands respect. Besides being trusted, these leaders have the respect of their teams. A person with good character is courteous, never demeaning. He is accepting of others and appreciates hearing opposing viewpoints. As a result of his willingness to listen and accept, his respect increases. People with poor character aren't respected because they have shown that they will not make good choices or make decisions that are in the interest of the team.

Barrister Khalil is a passionate leader because an exemplary leader feels and displays passion and enthusiasm for the role and the general purpose to which his leadership is directed. Great leadership is not only about technical ability and competence but also about emotion. Human beings are emotional creatures at heart and react to emotional appeals and influences. If you are passionate about the task before you, you are more likely to be able to generate positive emotional responses in your constituency.

NEW DIRECTION YOUTH FORUM(NDYF) CONGRATULATES COMR YAKUBU GARBA AND THE PROGRESSIVE FAMILY

The All Progressive Congress flag bearer of the gubernatorial election, Hon Muhammad Umar Bago has heed to the calls of concerned Nigerlites by making the right choice in picking Hon Yakubu Garba as his running mate in the forthcoming general election.

The opposition party has strengthened their team by picking a competent and a capacitated man and for APC to match that, they had to pick a versatile and a smart leader in Yakubu Garba whom has pools of knowledge that will be of a great impact to the state and nation at large.

Yakubu Garba is an household name given the crucial roles he has played at the NLC in a bid to fight for the over 50,000 public servants in the state. During his time at the NLC, he’s evidently a man whom the interests of his subjects are placed way above his own personal interests, and that tells you the kind of leader Niger state is about to have.

NDYF CHAIRMAN, MR IBRAHIM B MOHAMMED CONGRATULATES APC NATIONAL LEADER ON HIS WELL DESERVED VICTORY AT THE JUST CONCLUDED PRESIDENTIAL PRIMARY ELECTION.

The Chairman, New Direction Youth Forum, Alhaji Ibrahim B Mohammed in his words joyfully rejoice with Sen Ahmed Bola Tinubu on his emergence as the APC presidential flag bearer as he defeated the likes of the Vice President, Prof Yemi Osinbajo, Rotimi Ameachi, Senator Ahmad Lawan etc with a wide margin.

Mr Ibrahim B Mohammed in his own words said, "Congratulations on your incredible success Alhaji Ahmed Bola Tinubu, I always knew you could do it, and I'm incredibly proud of you."

"I saw you work so hard every day to achieve this accomplishment, and I can't think of anyone who deserves it more. You set an amazing example for everyone around you”

He described the victory as a win-win for the party as Tinubu is extremely capacitated to lock horns with other parties flag bearers.

He’s seizing this opportunity to advised other aspirants that lost in the primaries to rally around the flag bearer in order to ensure continuity in the provision of services to the members of the public by the ruling party.

DISREGARD PROPAGANDA BY POLITICAL OPPONENTS AIMED AT PULLING DOWN HON YUSUF KURE AND HON P.K NAS

I was actually met with a rude shock when I came up a post on my timeline aimed at staining the reputations of our young prodigy, Hon Yusuf Kure whom was allegedly not to have won the recently concluded State house of assembly primaries held at Paiko under the supervision of INEC officials for strict adherence.

Hon Yusuf Kure was presented with a certificate that cleared him to prepare for the forthcoming General election where he will inshaa Allahu emerge victorious as the member representing Paikoro Local Government at the state house of assembly.

I’m also delighted to seize this opportunity to address the pressing issue on ground where Hon P.K Nas is said to be dropped from contesting for the MHOR under the platform of the APC. I assure you all that nothing of such is going to happen as Hon P.K Nas is the certified flag bearer of the APC.

We urge our members and teeming followers to disregard the viral posts as they’re nothing but pure propaganda aimed at fighting the people’s choice. We are also calling on our members to include Hon Yusuf Kure and Hon P.K Nas in our prayers and to mobilize youths and women to vote for them in the forthcoming general election.
