As we commemorate World Menstrual Health & Dignity Day, we reaffirm our commitment to promoting menstrual health awareness, challenging harmful stereotypes, and advocating for inclusive, stigma-free communities where all people who menstruate can thrive.

Together, let's build a period-friendly world where dignity is a right, not a privilege.

28/05/2026

In many communities, menstruation is still surrounded by silence and stigma. For q***r people who menstruate, the burden is often even heavier, marked by discrimination, exclusion, and limited access to menstrual health resources.

This story shines a light on the realities faced by q***r menstruators in rural Nigeria, their struggles for dignity, and the power of community support in creating safe spaces where everyone can thrive.

As we commemorate Menstrual Hygiene Day, let us advocate for a world where menstrual health is inclusive, accessible, and free from stigma for all.

Because dignity, health, and care should never depend on who you are.

May this beautiful occasion bring you joy and happiness.

Happy Eid mubarak to our muslim friends.

As we approach Menstrual Hygiene Day 2026, we are reminded that menstrual health, dignity, and access to care should be available to everyone, without stigma, discrimination, or exclusion.

Q***r individuals often face barriers in accessing accurate menstrual health information and supportive healthcare services. It is time to challenge harmful stereotypes, promote inclusion, and create safe spaces where every person who menstruates is treated with respect and dignity.

This upcoming Menstrual Hygiene Day, let's commit to building a society where menstrual health is recognized as a human rights issue and where no one is left behind because of their identity.

Together, we can break the silence, end the stigma, and promote menstrual dignity for all. 💙

Menstrual dignity is more than access to pads, it is access to health, confidence, education, and equal opportunities. No one should feel shame, fear, or exclusion because of a natural biological process. Let’s create a world where every girl and woman can menstruate with dignity, safety, and pride.
