Last week, the Civil Society Organizations, Benue State (CSO-B) joined the Benue State Ministry of Water Resources, Environment and Climate Change, and other stakeholders to commemorate World Environment Day through a roadshow, public awareness activities, and a thought-provoking presentation on "Urbanization and Climate Change: Building Resilient Cities for a Sustainable Future."

The event reinforced the importance of collective action in addressing environmental challenges such as climate change, flooding, deforestation, and poor waste management. We appreciate the Benue State Government, development partners, and all stakeholders for their contributions, and we commend CSO-B members for their continued commitment to environmental sustainability and climate action across Benue State.
