E-Network Achieves Major Development Milestone with New Access Road

On March 25th, the Entrepreneurs Network (E-Network) community reached a significant turning point in our real estate and community development project. What began as a strategic plan and a shared vision is now translating into a tangible, physical reality. The transition from untouched land to a defined, developing asset is officially underway.

To verify our recent infrastructural progress, a volunteer supervision team conducted a comprehensive on-site inspection. The delegation included our President, Arc Nguvan Godeymysyd Kyenge, Board Members, Adanna Akonyiriiro Nwokafor Mirrorzee and Mr Ameh Michael Onojah , alongside a representative landowner.

The team went beyond a surface-level overview; they actively walked the grounds, tracked the new road markings, and physically experienced the layout of the emerging estate.

We are pleased to officially report that formal access to the estate has been successfully established. There is now a clear, navigated path leading directly from the main highway into our community.

The estate boasts an excellent location, situated approximately 0.5 kilometres from the main road, a brief five-minute walk.

In real estate development, access is the ultimate catalyst for economic growth. For our investors, this single milestone shifts the trajectory of your asset:

✅ Immediate Reachability: The property is now fully accessible and visible to developers and future residents.

✅ Asset Actualisation: The land has officially transitioned from a concept to a highly accessible physical asset.

Entrepreneurs Network Nigeria Pays Courtesy Visit to Benue Investment and Property Company GMD, Dr. Raymond Asemakaha.

The Executive Committee (EXCO) of Entrepreneurs Network Nigeria (E-Network) paid a courtesy visit to the Group Managing Director of Benue Investment and Property Company (BIPC) following the inauguration of its new EXCO in December 2025.

The visit was aimed at formally introducing the newly inaugurated leadership of E-Network, strengthening institutional relationships, and exploring areas of collaboration in entrepreneurship development and economic empowerment in Benue State.

The EXCO, accompanied by a Board Member, Mr. Michael Ameh, was warmly received by Dr. Raymond Asemakaha, Group Managing Director of BIPC. Discussions during the engagement focused on enterprise growth, private sector development, and opportunities for strategic partnerships to support sustainable economic advancement.

A major outcome of the visit was Dr. Asemakaha’s expression of his full personal support for E-Network’s empowerment programmes, reinforcing his commitment to initiatives that promote training, skills development, entrepreneurship, and inclusive economic growth.

The visit further strengthened the relationship between E-Network and BIPC and underscored a shared commitment to advancing entrepreneurship and economic development in Benue State.

OVER 100 ENTREPRENEURS OFFICIALLY INDUCTED

At the 2025 End-of-Year Dinner of the Entrepreneurs Network Nigeria (ENN), held in Makurdi, Benue State, over 100 entrepreneurs were formally inducted as new members of the network.

This milestone reflects ENN’s continued commitment to building a strong community of innovative, ethical, and growth-driven entrepreneurs across Nigeria.
