Whether it's in homes, workplace, society or community, you are leading someone.

The question now is, Are you intentionally growing your leadership?

Leadership Matters. Not position. Not title. Leadership. The kind that shows up every day in homes, workplace, classrooms, churches and communities. The kind that adds value to people, whether anyone notices or not.

Everything rises and falls on leadership. And It is a responsibility for all. And that responsibility has never been more important than it is right now.

In this edition of *Equip*, we will talk about leadership - not as theory, but as something lived out day by day. We will reflect on what it means to lead well, grow intentionally, and make choices that life the people around us.

....ROLE MODELS

“If the blind lead the blind, they will both fall into a ditch” was a statement made more than two thousand years ago by Jesus Christ.

This statement clearly reveals that everything rises and falls on leadership — and that whatever state a people or nation finds itself in, they didn’t get there by mistake. Someone led them there.

It matters who leads you, but even more importantly, it matters who you follow. In fact, who you follow is a reflection of who you are. If you follow the blind, then by all means, you are blind as well — because the blind can only lead the blind.

This is why the greatest need in our world today is the need for role models. We have political stars, movie stars, sports stars, and music stars — celebrities everywhere — but there are little to no role models.

A role model is not someone who merely possesses cars, money, or popularity, but someone whose life — lifestyle, habits, actions, results, productivity, and accomplishments — inspires others to grow, transform, and become better versions of themselves.

Now is the time to take your place as a role model and become a positive influence.
